Good day. So i have been receiving daily calls now telemarketers. All of them indicate they found my no on National consumer data base witch they pay for. These telemarketers have my phone no, full name and surname, even id no. Who gave this compaby the tight to give out my information. As a matter of fact where did they get my information. Fraud is what this is. I never register with National consumer data base. How in the world would they want me to register to deregister my no. What kind of games and fraud are these people busy with. If they sell my information why dont i get paid for it as well? This is ivading of my privacy and personal information. Where did they steal information from? I want to sue this company. How do i go about?
Who gave this compsny permission to sell my personsl details to telemarketers. Daily i receive phone calls from telemaketers stating they bought ky contact details. Full name and surnsme even id no from them. Do i have human rights anymore. Fraud and corruption is starting here. Where did this company got my details and who gave them the right to sell personal details. On their website they even bragg about having millions of cell no's and even id no for full contact details. How can this be allowed.
Hi all. This is just a short review about Motohut. I got hold of the business online. Was a bit sceptic TO USE online businesses. The person (CLIF) treated me good and MADE me comfortable. I order parts online. Made payment and with in days my parts arrive. Perfect customer service. Will always do business with him again
I contact these guys to quote me for Bike parts. At First this person Gary were very helpfull, although he. Kept putting STUFF ON the quote witch i don't NOT require. I told him order the parts and i Will rather collect in Somerset Business Park. He refuse TO get part from Their warehouse in JHB unless i have MADE full payment for parts. The invoice he send me was a NORMAL spread sheet where about small(copy Paste) logo was ON. This Gary guy also put his personal bank details (Capitec) ON for payment. When i NOTIFY Gary that rather LEAVE the parts for everything POINTS towards a scam. He went belistic. Told me he put his bank details ON TO save cost. His MANAGER is aware that i AM waisting time. He told me i AM a little man and That i don't even have money for parts i enquire. And he have been in The Business for 20 YEARS already
Decide to start do my Christmas shopping early this year. Try online shopping. What a tragedy it was. Everything went well. Place order, pay, and than the poot service startes. Got sms stated parcel will be deliverd That day. Nothing happen. Got sms the next day same story. Got sms 3rd day where about i called Cape Union Mart and ask whats the issue for everytime i receive an sms i am bounded to my house and nothing is happening. I got an answer from the consultant, yes it will be deliverd before end of business and he will call my back right away to confirm. The call was never return. Again the day pass and no delivery. The next day i reqyires whats going on. Told them that if they cant deliver i request a refund. A customer care manager phone me explaining how they put their clients first and they do care about there clients. He told me he was told that the courier struggel to deliver for i am never at home. I explain that i had enought of their storys and request a refund. He told me he is going to get to the bottom of it and i must please give him 1 hour and he will contact me back. Still waiting for that call also. The next day the courier company RAM contact me and said yes their driver was tracked and he was never closed to my house. The next day i phone again and enquire about my refund. The same consultant answer and said he is busy with it and i must wait. He will call me back. 3 days passed already. What rate of service is this. Not telling truth get iritated with customers. Now dont want to refund me. Order no was ********** 65

I have recent done my first online shopping at Macro. What a mess!!. They indicate delivery 2-5 days after receiving payment. Well it took them 10 days. Obviously the parcel arrive damage as well!. Aftrr a huge fight the courier campany re collect the parcel and took it back. Only arrive 5 days later at store again witch is only 70km away from my house. Macro is blaming courier company for damage parcel and courier company is blaming Macro. I requested a refund and another 3 to 7 bussines days before i get my money. How is it possible to allow them to dispatch a new parcel for its anyway going to arrive damage again. People from macro and courier company very arogant and indicate you just have to wait. Seems like the whole western cape simply have no idee what is customer care. Treat clients like dogs and have their own time frame to do their thing. Always apologies. Apologies dont earn interest on my money thats been laying in macro's account.
Frank Vos Delta (Worcester) have the agency for suzuki. My wife have taken my suzuki jimny for repairs (funny noises, loosing power etc). She took a drive with the manager and indicate the problems and he acknowledge. After 1 day the workshop manager called my wife and request she must drive with him for according to him the problem was fix. She refuse and told him that they must fix all problems and deliver the vechile asap. The manager now want to forse my wife to take a drive with him. He indicate until she drive with him he will not deliver the vechile. The workshop manager simple refuse to listern to what you as the client say and make comment and only have it his way. Seems like he either jave attitude problems or want to forse my wife to take with him ( for what reason i simply dont i derstand). She is not the mechanic. They are suppose to be. I phoned the workshop manager myself and he told me theres 20 more funny noises on vechile but he simply cant fix problems that i am not aware off. This vechile is still under maintenance plan. The workshop manager say somethings quickly and than he realise he said something wrong and recover very quickly but saying something else. Even after i have spoken to him on the phone he refuse to release the vechile up untill my wife take a drive with him. How is this possible, can workshop managers force people to do something or the dont deliver your car that you are paying installments on. I work across border and have to do things via Telephone.
I have recent revise my Platinum tjek account. I went to get myself a Private Banker (obviously at a cost). Everything went very well with the introduction and promises were made. 3 weeks later almost none of the promises were met. On enquiring about the services the ball was simply past back to me. They try to call me and i was not availible at all. I mean rwally would i look forward to something and than i would not take a call?? Everything boil back to me not answering my phone. Well i dont know. My phone is always on and no whatsoever miss calls on it? And lastly the sagging excuses of I AM SORRY. My employer will fire me if i treat people like they do and lie the way they do. Is this the way absa treat Platinum clients. I mean my money is good enought to pay there salary,
<p>I had a data contract with Elite mobile. I cansel the contract May already. I did not check my bank statement for i have cansel the contract. Now 3 months later, i check my bank statements and see they still subyracting 3 different debit order from my account every month. Its been 2 week since i start consulting them and they either put the phone down in your ear, the managers is never availible and all they say is they are waiting for confirmation from account, althought they have now cansel everything. Nobody talk to you and they are arrogant as hell. According to the staff managers have the whole Thursday and Friday meeting and again everyday the whole morning. I think the managers should stop there meetings and start attending to customers relations. Very dissapointing in the Pathetic service of elite mobile. The more i ask for an explanation they more i get yank off. Costing me money to phone them everytime. And still afer 2 weeks nothing have happe </p>
