<p>Why does Telkom always take so long to re-connect a landline when it has been suspended but paid?</p> <p>Although I have paid the outstanding amount the recording says that it can take UP TO 48hrs to re-connect, even that is NOT true, once it took more than 72hrs to re-connect. Also if you manage to get to speak to a consultant then they say it can take up to 72hrs, yet their recording says 48hrs??? Why can they not be like MNET or MWEB who take up to 1hr, but then again it is still in the hands of the government.</p>

False advertising
My sons birthday is on Sunday 22/3, my daughter asked me to buy him a gift from Takelot online, we queried it and it confirmed delivery via courier by Friday. We paid and confirmation they received payment and printed out the confirmation and highlighted that delivery will be by Friday 20th March. Not long afterwards we get another e-mail stating it will only be delivered on the 7th of April!!! LET IT BE KNOW WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM [URL Removed] Just another company gone so big they don't give a @#%$ about their customers and commitment! They WILL come up with some excuse!!!

The best entertainment ever!!!
I arranged a weekend at Hottentots Holland nature reserve between Grabouw and Villiersdorp for a group of 12 photographers with a Zip line hosted by Cape Canopy tours. Everyone in the group agreed that we had an awesome time Zipping across 11 Zip lines some 320m long with the highest at 110m high, over waterfalls and even crossing a swing bridge. The staff were amazing and Ryan the owner went out of his way to our hard pressed and out of the norm requests. They provided us with lunch, trips up and down the mountain, sending someone to light our fire and collecting us the following morning, all with a smile. We definitely recommend this activity if you are not afraid of heights. Photographing in this area is simply amazing and we would like to go there in winter, especially if there is snow on the mountain. The best and most professional entertaining company I have come across. Thank you Ryan, your wife and friendly staff for an awesome weekend. Selwyn Lloyd.
