I made a purchase and unfortunately had to return the laptops they are refusing to refund me imposing a 10% handling fee. This was never discussed with me upon purchase I did not even sign their terms and conditions to acknowledge this.
I’m very disappointed at what this company did to me, I have a medical aid with them and the medical aid was linked with vitality and I told them I’m unable to continue with vitality.They must cancel it, to my surprise they told me I owe vitality 3 months and I’m asking myself it should have been cancelled if I owe that much. I told them I won’t be able to pay i can only afford my medical aid premiums only. Because they wanted money from me they said i can only pay the medical aid premium.After few day i paid they send me correspondence to say my medical aid is suspended because of vitality . I asked to speak to someone at complains department they told me they don't have such a department i must send an email. Its like they don't care.
I received the worse service every when i took a cellphone insurance with Hollard. They treat their customers bad.
This company has fraudsters working for them, In June I got a call from a salesperson offering me their funeral plan. I told the guy that I was not interested and he dropped the phone. Same month towards month end I receive a notification from my bank regarding clientele debit order. I was very surprised because I never gave him my banking details and I told the guy I was not going to take the funeral plan. I then called their call centre they apologised and assured me that an investigation will take place and they will get back to me. Till to date, no one from the client services has contacted me. In July I received two calls from their sales department selling me a policy, I got very annoyed and called their call centre again then I was assisted by a guy named Sibabatho Mtsipa who assured me that their complience officer will call me and I also asked him to remove my name from their database and he said he will do so. I never received any feedback till today, instead, I received another call from their sales department selling me a policy. I DONT KNOW WHAT MUST I DO FOR THIS COMPANY TO STOP CALLING ME. I called them again to speak to their complains department guess what.... they could not put me through to them because I don't have a reference number. What kind of a company is this? can't I complain if I am not happy with how they do things? They then promised me that a manager will call me but I know it won't happen. People think twice before doing business with them
On the 1st of April I logged a complaint about Nedbank Centurion branch for unauthorized amount taken from my account. The complaint has not been resolved up to now and it is 3 weeks. Firstly I asked them to provide me with proof of my signature acknowledging that I have understood the policy regarding the refund, they could not provide me with it. The regional office and complaints department tried their level best to assist and they referred the matter to the branch for final decision, this is the branch response: \Ruan said we will refund her if she return the full corporate wardrobe back to the branch and to myself or Ruan."Firstly they are very much aware that I am not in possession of that uniform anymore as I sold it to the branch staff members at an amount equivalent to the loan account balance as advised by Letta Selepe"
I was debited an amount of R2250 and R593.75 from my Nedbank account, when i call them to enquire they told me that because i resigned from the company that amount is the subsidy amount for my uniform and when i ask them why no one communicated with me regarding this <br> Letta from Nedbank said to me i'm not the first person to pay that amount it is on the policy, and i then told her that no one communicated with me regarding this. And on the 13 of march i settled the uniform account with an amount of R600.00 and today they debited my account. I called Nedbank complains at first they did not want to log my complain they said it is an HR matter and i told them that i no longer work for the bank they must treat me like their client. I have been calling them since this morning and no one is interested to help me till now! All i want is for them to sort this matter out! My debit orders will be returned because of this and i will be liable to pay for the fees, i feel this is really unfair what Nedbank is doing. And when she called me on the 10th i told Letta never to debit my account and they went ahead without my permission <br>
