I was first impressed by the quick support I got from cool ideas the first time I signed up with them, it was an inviting thing to get a 100mb line uncapped/unshaped for the lowest price I could find on the market, perhaps that's where the red flags should have started. Yet I pointed so many friends, family and business partners to sign up with them only to start seeing the cracks in the walls. They constantly have issues regarding their accounts department, trying to get into contact with them over the weekends is a nightmare. They cancel the line numerous times because of nonpayment only to find that full payment has been made or they just did not follow the change of payment. Then it came to cancelation - getting them to cancel I phoned up their accounts which said sure no problem we will cancel your line by the end of the month (note this was done on the start of the month the first calendar day) and taking in the words of the account agent "sure no problem - we will log everything for you" I thought this would be pleasant and closer to the end of the month I will buy a new service for the new house I am moving too. Unfortunately I was wrong, I get an email a few days later saying that I need to email them with my cancellation and give them a reason, which I promptly did and then the response back is oh im sorry we will only cancel your service at the end of the next month because they got the request too late, which a battle ensued via email to explain to them that the request was logged in enough time of the period for cancelation and that they only responded late to my request to which they just smeared it off and said sorry we can not assist and thats the end of the conversations, GREAT SUPPORT FROM ANOTHER GREAT COMPANY. pfft stay away they just as useless as everyone else.
Usually beershack is a nice place to go. But since the owner decides to book tables for his friends on a very busy area who decides not to show up after an hour and a half they still wont release the tables to the customers because its the \bosses table"which is pathetic way to show your customers how much you care for their business """
Constantly try to sort out my internet connection, the line drops constantly and all mweb says is \reset your router"but how must i reset my router every 5 min. Then they say telkom is the problem"
For the past 7 months the struggle is real with vodacom not caring about its customers. We pay alot of money for service we dont recieve. They have poor support and even worst feedback for when stuff will get done. I am deciding to pay the monthly amount i owe them to my lawyer instead until the problem is fixed then they can get the money back. If they cut the service there will be hell to pay. I am not strugling anymore and i want this problem sorted out before the end of the week.
