I am a new client who recently joined RSAweb. I was contacted by Shaid who visited my house while I was not there. He advised that they have a special where I will get 50% discount for two months if I took the R515pm package or 50% discount for 3 months should I take the higher package. I asked him to call me back the following day as I first had to discuss this with me husband and he did. I reconfirmed the discount with him and he advised its a 25meg line so I agreed for the R515 package where i will only be paying R257.50 for the first two months due to special. I received my invoice and this was not the case at all. I did not receive this special by far. I escaleted the matter and they told someone feom sales will get back to me...i waited almost a week and called again...spoke to a guy Justin who was very friendly and promised me someone will get back to me asap as there is such a special just not on the package I am on...which I feel is not my fault nor problem as I was advised by the sales person that I will receive that discount. I told him I need this resolved asap as I cannot be without internet and he promised someone will call me back...just ny luck no one has called me back and I am now without internet. I have chatted to their watsapp chat a million times and the same answer "the matter has been escalated". Numerous emails "the matter has been escalated"...numerous calls of my own airtime "the matter has been escalated"...the matter has now been so escalated that I am without internet and unable to work... I went as far as to watsapp the Sales person Shaid who initially contacted me and get me to agree with the deal and the person on the other said responded this is not Shaid and I do not know how to get hold of him... I very disgusted with how they treat new clients. I ahve never had these issues with me previous internet provider and merely moved due to the fact that i was on wifi and now wanted fibre as I was advised it works better...which I also honesly acnnot even say it does. I bragged to all my family and friends about the discount and friendly consultants only to receive this bad service after joining.
Utterly disgusted by the way they do business. Myself and sister purchased 2 vouchers from wikideals in December and January. We immediately contacted hotel to make a booking for weekend in March. After numerous calls and disgusting service the front desk keeps on telling us they haven't received any feedback as to availability. How is it that from December no one is able to assist us to make a booking in March. After numerous telephone calls they are now telling us that there is no availability for the dates we requested in December already. They simply tell us they only allow a certain amount of wikideals per month... Why is this not declared in the terms and conditions? Why is it that ive been striggling for 3 months to make a simple booking only to be told now there is no availability... They also acnnot addist with a refund??? This is utterly disgusting service from the hotel and wikideals as they are robbing us of our money and they jist pool up there shoulders saying they cannot accommodate you... Why is this deal/offer still on the wikideal website if there is no availability. I purchase the voucher in December... Booked in early January... And still thry keep on telling you "the dates isnt out yet we will stay in contact"... And believe me they dont stay on contact at all unless you follow up. I am disguster by this!!!!
