Robin is a pro!
Robin is an excellent hair stylist - I have very tricky hair (curly & thick) and she assessed it quickly and cut it expertly. She has a gentle touch and friendly demeanour. The salon set-up is professional and efficient, with Covid-19 protocols being strictly observed. It is a modern salon at an established premises in the heart of Linden. #WIN

Relaxed restaurant with superb food
Superb food (breakfast & lunch) at reasonable prices. Also a lovely coffee shop. An extremely wide variety of menu options. They also cater to those who prefer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free products. Scrumptious vegan wraps! Pet-friendly setting. The staff is friendly, helpful and the surroundings are relaxed and enjoyable.

Marlize is an experienced optometrist providing both general check-ups and emergency care. She is thorough, friendly, great service from the practice as a whole and reasonably-priced. I can really recommend them.

Supercal - a local gem
Centrally located, with a selection of breads and baked items. Really tasty, well-priced and friendly staff. They also make a few vegan- as well as gluten-free products which broaden their customer base and are really delicious! They have a coffee shop attached to the bakery with a variety of coffees, breakfast and lunch options - very tasty, generously portioned, freshly prepared and good value for money.

The best bakery of them all!
The best bakery in Johannesburg, if not Gauteng, if not South Africa. Small, but packed!! Breads (their sour dough rye is to die for!), pies, pastries, baked goods (and, boy, do they have baked goods!), biscuits, cup cakes, cakes on order etc etc. You cannot go wrong when you pop in there, and I can assure you WILL walk out with something. And you will go back!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY THERE!
SCAM!! I have ordered clothes in November, also told that it was shipped and there was a delay at customs. Have not heard back from them despite repeated follow-up emails. I will open a case of Fraud at the SAPS if there is no response within 24 hours. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THERE!!
