Worst Pharmacy in Cape Town. The entire female staff is shockingly unfriendly, rude, ******** and inattentive I was stunned. Being on the phone while serving me, not saying what they are doing, if they have what I was asking for, did not give any explanation. The only man working there (an assistant I suppose) was at the end the one explaining to me how to take the medication. Even the two women at the cashier were rather talking to each other then treating me or saying good buy. They just presented the card machine in front of me without a word. They even ignored my good bye. If this would be my business, I would fire all woman working there. I will never go back there, rather drive another 5km to another pharmacy than leaving one single cent there again.
It is impossible to communicate with Opodo. Under EU law they have to offer a contactable email address which they dont. Neither on the .com nor on the .de website. They offered my a discounted premium which they confirmed and deducted from my credit card. Now I received an email reminding me that my premium membership will auto renew in a few days for the full amount. There is NO way to communicate with them but the super expensive hotline in India where they speak 'English' nobody can understand. It's shocking and violates customer rights. I will escalate this to the authorities if they dont sort this out within the next days.
I have ordered from them, made the payment, received a confirmation and don't hear from them since. Even after requesting an update on shipping - zero response. I ll gave them now 72 hours to respond or I will log a ***** case against them.
They sent me a WhatsApp out of the blue. Once I asked where they got my number from, the response was that they bought it. When I responded that this is ******* and a violation against the POPIA Act and requested full details they blocked me instantly. That always proofs if a company is legit or not. They are obviously ****mers.
My dog needed surgery due to a tick bite that got infected. I handed in the invoice the same day when the procedure took place. This was super easy, I did it through their platform. ONE hour later (!) I received a confirmation and the claim has been processed and paid (only a very small amount has been deducted). THAT is impressive! I had overall a lot of good experiences since I have signed up with dot sure for both my dogs but this one was impressive! Thanks so much for assisting so painlessly and quick!
After cable theft in Hout Bay, our internet connection has been disrupted badly. I am not blaming Vox for the theft of course but it took them 5 days to fix the issue constantly blaming the fibre cable provider for causing trouble. After the issue has been finally resolved (other providers took not even 2 days) they refused to even consider compensation for the disputed service. They first excused themselves with their 3 day remediation clause and later with telling me that it is a 'service as it comes'. Seriously? Oh well, can I then pay as I please in return? I have been happy till then, that's why I give it 2 stars. The recent experience is minus 10 stars!
I reported a potential ***** on my old card. Since I have been aware of the potential ***** I cancelled that old card already and ordered a new one which I received about a month ago. I made perfectly clear the the ***** I am reporting has NOTHING to do with my NEW card and I want to make sure that they don't block it. Now guess what happened. Exactly, the cancelled my card, I now spend 3 THREE) hours in their secure chat, have been connected and reassigned from one undereducated individual to another and still now they say I have to call the ***** department. This is the wors service I have ever received from a bank, And I am banking a lot.
