It's been almost 3months I can't log in.when I try to login it says unable to login.when I try the forgot password it says they have no record of my email when I try to create a new one it says my email exist.i have tried reaching to webmail no one has attended my query

I have a policy which had added investment to it so I lost my job which became difficulties to make end meet I decided to surrender the investment so I can pay school feel.Instate of them giving my investment the decided to pay the arrears on that policy without my consent.i contacted Sanlam several times with no luck the I spoke to an agent I've WhatsApp chat Vuyiswa Gatyene when I posed the question She decided to log out of the chat without sloving my query.I pay Sanlam premium for them to give me benefit I do not owe Sanlam any benefit.
I bought 1g so I can be able to send emails and download but couldn't use since network was bad.now they took back that data since it was only for a day.i did not even use half of it.this is wack service similar to Friday 24/09/2021 I bought minutes but couldn't place a call and those minutes were taken back.bad service at its best
Today I went there to buy mask,when we go to the door the lady told us we can't get in with no mask,so me and my husband told her we will buy one so they screened us and gave us the mask.so now since she said its a requirement to wear a mask in the pharmacy I wanted some cough syrup as well.instead of me swiping R40 I rather swipe for everything I wanted,we decided to go take other things the very same lady(Maxine Kruger) approached us saying where are we going? And did we pay for the mask? I said no then she says why are we wearing them.Maxine made me feel as if I was a thieve to steal "mask valued at R20" if she had a good customers service she was sapost to spot us and check us until the very end you only cross question a customers if they are heading to the door and you are now sure that they did not pay. My entire shopping experience in that pharmacy was bad and I will never go to that pharmacy again. Pity Maxine will do the same to other customers cos her attitude also stinks!
