Jacana Adminstrators is a broker (STP Insurance ) I submitted a claim 2 weeks ago - was informed that a claim was logged. I have since received no feedback, I have contacted them almost on a daily basis and receive no feedback or communication. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
I am posting this on Hellopeter because i tried contacting Bin Rashied directly and have not received even an acknowledgement of my complaint which is a month later! I would like to complain / voice my very unpleasant service I received at your Woodstock branch on Tuesday evening. Your store manager, African male, I unfortunately did not get his name was very impolite and really unhelpful. My daughter has a school project that required a pizza box, we approached your manager requesting that we are purchasing a Pizza but could he please put it in the tray we had in the car as we will be needing the box. He was quite blunt in that he said no they do not do that, we then asked can we purchase an extra box with the Pizza we were buying he outright said don’t we understand he doesn’t do that but we can take the Pizza out of the box when he gives it to us, otherwise he can’t help us. To note we were not asking for a box we were buying a pizza and simply asking not to put it in the box. Now I understand if that is your policy and that’s what his been instructed to do, but there is a manner in which one addresses a customer and I can assure you after this incident your store in Woodstock has a lost a customer forever. I will not accept rudeness & unhelpful service when we are paying customers. To make things worse for your store we politely left, crossed the road and went into Debonairs who served us with a smile and wait for it…gave us a box for free. Now that’s what you call service. Disappointed to say the least but too often in this country we are accepting of poor service and I will not stand for it any longer.
Pathetic Service - this bank will not allow me access to my bank statement - it must be done via their app, which has failed on numerous occasions. No other banking institute is adamant to force a product on their consumer like this pathetic institute. I have logged a complaint with the banking ombudsman but the level of service from Discovery is unacceptable and quite honestly pathetic. Avoid them at all costs.
Very poor service received from the store & tech support. After service complaint received even less attention, last communication almost 2 weeks ago was that my complaint would be escalated higher up but to date no response. I went into this store on 3 occasions to get an evaluation done on 2 products after eventually booking a slot and pitching up on time for the appointment i received pathetic and unhelpful service. The biggest issue i have is that i did not even need to make an appointment for what was needed as the whole process takes about 2 mins to do. When on the first visit requested assistance i was told it would take 30-45 mins. I wasted time, i wasted energy and i wasted my trust in apple. Poor service in store - poor service after. Pathetic - avoid at all costs.
Pathetic service - ordered a VOIP Package through them - cannot get it activated- being sent back and forth from their sales department to their technical department - when speaking to the supervisor of the sales department she says she cannot contact the technical department because she is on the phone with me, I asked can she not use another phone while I hold and the response I get is there are no other phones - Is this not TELKOM!!!!!!! Pathetic and frustrating dealing with incompetent people - this level of service is a joke!
Pathetic service, no communication or feedback. I have logged a service request to have a pole removed from my property as we are renovating and it is compromising my progress to complete my work. Every time i call Telkom no one can answer my query they cant find the reference numbers, they keep providing me with a new reference number and its frustrating to get no feedback. No one at their call centers knows whats going on, no one at the stores knows whats going on - simply pathetic.
I have never experienced such pathetic service in my life - I logged a call with Telkom 3 weeks ago, i have contacted them at least 10 times since then, i have emailed them and i have live chatted with them online - i am yet to get a single response or an indication of when my issue will be resolved. Surely there must be a contact number for someone other than a call center or an inexperienced online service assistant that can assist - as no one on email, on call or online can handle the request and i keep being told its being referred to the relevant department - will department even respond?????
