I bought a new car from Ria. She went out of her way to help me and yet never haggled me for a sale.

no contact
I had called supersonic to place a new line in two weeks ago. I had mentioned that the fiber is installed but there is no box. I just moved into the property so I figured the box was removed by older tenants. Supersonic sent the technician to install the router, but he said he could not complete as there is no box. Supersonic has escalated it to Vumatel, stating Vumatel would contact me to install. I still have no response from Vumatel and I'm sitting without internet for two weeks, since I have requested a line from supersonic. Supersonic states their hands are tied as it must come from Vumatel

terrible service no response
What terrible service. I have been with supersonic since 2018, as we are forced to use certain service providers in the residential estate that I live in. All I wanted is to upgrade my FIBRE line from a 10Mbps to 100Mbps. I called and supersonic's system can not pick up that there is fiber in the estate. Hence can not give me the price or complete the upgrade. Which makes no sense they have been billing me for a fiber line for over two years. There is fiber in the estate, its a huge established golf estate in Johannesburg. JACKAL CREEK GOLF ESTATE. Each agent keeps telling me they can not help hence they have escalated to a project manager/ coordinator which will call me back. I have been calling every day since the 25 March 2021, as no one has called me back. They say it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. I think they mean days or weeks. I sent emails to previous people in hope they could assist such as Annari Bonthuys [ MTN South Africa ]" <annari.bonthuys@supersonic.co.za. She did say she refered to the relevant people. Which was Angie Nel (Angie.Nel@supersonic.co.za) & "Sinawo Mabungela (Sinawo.Mabungela@supersonic.co.za). This was two days ago. I still have had no reponse. This company is pathetic, you keep saying you cant direct calls to managers you can only escalate the matter. escalate to the outer universe maybe.
