I ordered flowers for delivery on Friday and after many promises to have it delivered at a business address never happened. A surprise was ruined and eventually the order was delivered at 7pm. <br> <br> In-efficient call center agents including Management. I will NEVER do business with Net florist again. <br> <br> Was even charged an incorrect amount shown on the website...RIP-OFFS<br>
I would just like to compliment the Operations Manager Gavin Sterley from Mongena Game Lodge. His hospitality skills and concerns towards his guest were on point from all my interactions with him. I had a complaint recently and he resolved these concerns promptly and efficiently. <br> <br> Well done and I hope that there are other Managers out there can learn from this wonderful service!!<br>
I ordered a few things from the Bakers Box earlier this month to put together a cake for my sons 1st Birthday. I did go an hour and a half to happily check my order as I was so excited to put together the cake. They order was not done, understandable because I was early. But OWNER who was putting the cake together was in a meeting and was only back after the time I had even requested the stuff to collect. I went away and came back at the time I was suppose to come and Tracy (owner) was the rudest person I had ever interacted with in my life. Saying in the rudest manner why was I there earlier. No smile no greeting. My order was still not complete and she was busy working on another order. I had to even ask her for stuff so I can go home and complete it myself. Very Rude and has no pride in her work. A total waste of my money as I didn't even use the things I had ordered for as they were done so untidy. Please do take pride in the work that you do Tracy (owner) not expected from you. I sent her an email to explain how she had handled things and yet again rude and disrespectful. I did come there early. But I was happy to wait!
