This is a honest business and they put in every effort to make you a happy client. I would recommend you give them a try.... it will be worth you while and it will bring smiles to your face when you see your beautiful pictures on display.
In Dec 2024 I placed an online for clothing and makeup from their Sale. A week later I received notification to collect my online order from my click and collect store. To my surprise, I received someone else's order. I called and spoke to Bahia at the call centre in CT. She arranged for the other persons order to reach them but forgot all about mine. I called for weeks following up with mine but she kept leading me on with false promises, and no resolution. I used my airtime to follow up for over a months. In mid Jan Bahia then returned my call saying that my order was lost and she would refund me and compensate me with a R200 compensation voucher for my loss and inconvenience. Every day for a week, I called regarding my money and I was told that finance needed to approve. I have to date not received my full refund or compensation voucher even after numerous emails and calls. Their customer service keep covering up for her. Frankly they are all promising with false words but no action. They have frustrated me and they have no regard for their customers' losses or how they feel. They should not lie to people and make unrealistic promises. Bahia like all their call centre agents are just out there to make this company look good.
I'm giving them a 1 star but I think that they don't even deserve any stars at all..... I received my order B4403926-01 yesterday and was surprised and disgusted when I see that I was sent used products from the warehouse...looked like it was tester products. 2 items of serum were opened, boxes were dirty and serum was half empty in the bottles. What type of people would even pack these for a customer...this is unacceptable. Does BASH / TFG expect their customers to apply these to their skin after the serum was exposed and used. How did it even end up at the warehouse for shipment in the 1st place. Your warehouse staff should be fired since they clearly have no regard for cleanliness. Your policy is non-refundable for these items from the customer side but do you have a policy for your warehouse staff on compliance and checks!!!!!!
Please be aware that AB APPLIANCE REPAIRS is a BOGUS business. They claim they fix appliances but they are ****ming people. They demand COD and charge a huge amount for hardly any work consulting with people over the phone for repair advice. They claim that their repairs are guaranteed for 6 months, are totally false, They ***** your money and when you complain, they give you the run around and ignore your calls and messages. My fridge was "apparently" fixed within 30 minutes and I was told it will last me 15 years after repairing....my fridge was barely cold for 1 day and all my food spoilt bcos the fridge stopped working. Don't call them for any repairs. 6 Months Guarantee per Job Done - Please be aware that the above business is a A ****. Also going by various names.

Pick n Pay ASAP needs to change their name as it not ASAP anymore if it takes them 4 to 5 hours to dilver your groceries. I ordered in morning at my work address and it still was not delivered by the time I reached home in the afternoon. People mustn't fall for their false promises when they are not living up to the delivery mandate. I find this unacceptable.
MTN is getting cash from these Gaming and 3rd Party Subscription services that are secretly loaded onto their customers accounts. I recently found out that I had about 5 Gaming and 3rd Party Subscription services loaded without my knowledge onto my account, only to find out that MTN does not inform their customers about these charges and allows them to be added onto their already high bill. In this time when everyone is try to keep their expenses to a minimum and people struggling to make ends meet, these type of hidden costs are certainly not acceptable especially when you know nothing of them. When I called in the customer services dept. querying my bill of R3.48 per day on something I know nothing about, I was told that these pop-up messages appear when you browse the internet and when you try to close it, they automatically subscribe you.....IS THIS FOR REAL - WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. ONLY TO GET A SHOCK WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR BILL AT THE END OF THE MONTH. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THESE CHARGES. I think MTN has got some explaining to do. Why do they not inform their customers of these subscriptions via SMS or via EMAIL. Is it so hard to do...surely their customers need to be aware. THIS IS FRAUD. I WANT THESE CHARGES REVERSED IMMEDIATELY!!! MTN YOU ARE MAKING MONEY FROM 3RD PARTY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AND YOU ARE SELLING THEM TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER AT THE COST TO YOUR CONTRACT CUSTOMERS, WHOM YOU ARE BILLING EVERY MONTH AND THOSE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE NOT AWARE THAT YOU ARE GETTING RICH FROM THEM.
