I cancelled my membership on the 22nd of April and even spoke to Diane summerton on the 8th of May to confirm in writing that my last deduction would be 25 May. Nou another debit order goes off. Instead of taking any kind of responsibility, i am greeted with....1. I cannot see your notice of the 22nd of April (and she replied on that email threat where my notice was placed). 2. I did not load your debit order. 3. We only got back now from lock down (you were working remotely, the building makes no difference). 4. It will take up to 40 days to pay your money back. 5. Can i not give you treatments instead. 6. Send me proof of your notice again.....then she cries victim when i lose my temper because i dont even have money for food as my husband lost his job ( and i explained this to her). And she wants to offer me a treatment in return......come on guys. Poor service. I want my money back
What did you do with the recipe??? It tastes horrible? I hoped it was 1 bad batch but its bottle after bottle.
I applied for the installation of an ADSL line at my residence online after struggling a few times for a consultant to contact me. I earn an above average income and have a perfect credit record. I have never been declined at any institutions for an account or credit. But suddenly I am not good enough for an adsl line at telkom. No phone call, no explanation no reason other than: Dear customer, thank you for your online application. Unfortunately your application has been declined during our initial pre-vetting stage.
