*****sters was able to access my account through another Absa account and managed to ***** a substantial amount of money out of my account. According to the Absa ***** department apparently their security weren’t breached (Please explain) so I won’t be getting my money back. Absa’s customer service in this case was some of the worse I have ever experienced, with the ***** Investigator Latoya Jensen not communicating at all, and being very unprofessional. When trying to reach her she’s either out of the office, or busy with another client for days on end. It took over a month (Working days) to get feedback. The one time she did call me, for me to explain what happened, I was interrupted in a very brusque manner so I doubt she got all the information she needed. The Final feedback investigator Marvin Webb did not assist me in any manner and chose to read terms and conditions instead of assisting me. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM ABSA. I will be moving to a different bank.
It is now Wednesday Morning just past 00:10 and this Tigers Milk branch is still playing loud music being a DISTURBANCE and NUISANCE to the residents around it. Once again we are Forced to listen to their music in our homes and beds. With Managers Bheki Mpofu and Bryan Jeftha not caring about the community around them at all. Area Manager Thabo Ngcobo from Life and Brand doesn’t seem to have the business under control at all as they still break the South African law regarding this matter.

Once Again it is 00:30 (Outside the published trading hours) of this branch on Sunday Morning and the residents around this Tiger’s Milk branch is forced to listen to the loud music being played with bass pumping. Managers Bryan Jeftha and Bhekie Mpofu with a total disregard for South African Law and their residential neighbors. They have been contacted 4 times already on a what’s app group by residents asking them to turn down the music. This branch thinks it’s above South African law and doesn’t care about residents and the environment around it!!
This specific Tigers Milk is in a residential area and has a total disregard for the residents around them. Every weekend loud music is played till well after their published trading hours 00:00, sometimes till after 03:00 am. Residents have to pleed with Managers Bryan Jaftha and Bhekie Mpofu to turn down their music and are fed up with this branch’s selfishness and total disregard for South African Laws.

I phoned Discovery to assist me with my claims all going off my Medical Aid Savings and Self Payment Gap. Spoke to a manager with the name Purken, she was going to investigate my query and get back to me, never happened. Phoned again to follow up, got through to a consultant and was advised that Purken is busy, and she as escalated to Purken to phone me back. Week two and I’m still waiting. Horrible service, will consider other options for medical aid.
