CBi - STAY AWAY FROM THEM...
And so the saga continues. I have sent e-mails asking about documentation which I need to sign and once again I am being ignored. !? The attitude of the staff is one of - they are doing me a favor to communicate with me. I made an offer on a property in good faith - upon the assurance of the Estate Agent (I will write a separate report on this...) that they would transfer as quickly as possible... absolute lies from both sides.... CBi are dragging their heels and I am not impressed as I stand to lose the opportunity of buying a beautiful home. The advertise a fast turnaround time - pull the other one please !!

I got a call back today from the Owner who obviously does not have all the facts. I have one question only ANYONE SELLING A PROPERTY WANTS IT TO GO THROUGH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - why would I be any different.?

CBi Basson Inc and Remax are not honest and tell lies
If I could rate them minus 5 I would. I appointed them in good faith to transfer my property to the new owners and they were asked by the Agent from Remax to only lodge so that the deal goes through next year. I objected and threatened to change transferring attorneys upon which Rika wrote me a letter to say that she had my best interests at heart and would lodge as soon as possible but hey ho - they are deliberately delaying the transfer - which does NOT suit me - they are dishonest and rude - I will tell my story at every opportunity. I will write a different review on Remax All Stars as they are just as unprofessional - once the agreement was signed Madelain never replied to calls or messages. I will report them to the LSSA and also to the Estate Agents Board.

MAWER & DELPORT DON'T DO PROPER CHECKS ON POTENTIAL TENANTS
Do not allow them to charge you for doing checks on potential tenants - they found me a real dud who did not pay for a year and they washed their hands of the whole affair - they are hosting a seminar - bit of a joke actually .... they don't have the decency to reply to e-mails and charge ridiculous collection fees on amounts that have become overdue BECAUSE OF THEIR BAD CHOICE OF TENANT - darn cheek.

B2 DATING ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS
I had the same experience ! Signed up for a month - definitely a problem to unsubscribe. Now they are threatening me - what a bunch of scamsters ! Go for it guys ! They hit me with a bill for R1170.00 huh ! I signed up for ONE MONTH !!!!

NO FINANCE CARS - NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
What a disgrace. Sold me a car which has numerous faults and I have to come in WHEN IT SUITS THEM ! The attitude of Hussein was one of "take it or leave it" Don't be stupid enough to be sucked in by these people !

DON'T TRUST MAWER & DELPORT AS FAR AS YOU COULD THROW THEM
Mawer & Delport are thieves and have not shame or conscious ! I almost lost everything I own because they put a known criminal in my flat - I paid the equivalent of a month's rental to them to do the necessary checks which they DID NOT do - and when this person stopped paying the rent (for a year !!) they washed their hands of the whole affair - their negligence cost me in excess of R100 000

MAWER & DELPORT - DISHONEST AND NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER
I paid Mawer & Delport a fee to find a suitable tenant and do the relevant checks on my behalf as I was in England at the time. They did not do the checks properly and as a result they placed a man in my flat the DAY AFTER he had been EVICTED from another property in which he stayed without paying for TWO YEARS !! He lived in my flat for A YEAR without paying a cent !!!! I asked Fanie at Mawer & Delport for advice and he refused to help me. I had to get lawyers in to evict this man and that cost me a fortune. Mawer & Delport are the most dishonest and inefficient agency I have ever dealt with. They still manage the complex but I will be suggesting they be taken off the account.
