after my initial complaint on hellopeter, pharmacy direct phoned me, and promised me that the outstanding medication would arrive either on 4 Feb 2016 or 5 Feb 2016. They promised to monitor my profile to ensure that service delivery would be upgraded. Guess what? NOTHING. Bonitas can you please make arrangements for a better supplier please (the outstanding medication has been paid in 2015) Come on pharmacy direct is already 2016 in case you did not know
I have outstanding chronic medication, which was already paid for. Numerous queries amount to zero response from pharmacy direct. Delivery times are random, never knowing when the medication will arrive. My last query was sent on 28/01/2016 12h20 and deleted on 1/2/2016 14h14 without being read. WE DEMAND BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS.<br> <br> BONITAS NEED A NEW SUPPLIER

a parcel left Cape Town 24 February 2015. Arrived Johannesburg 25 February. Left Johannesburg 25 February. Will only arrive in Polokwane 2 March. Got some sort of explanation of an \agent"that can only deliver on Monday? I told the person at client services that it was not really good service (taking longer from Jhb to Polokwane than from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Not really helpful.
