After a month of struggling with RSAWeb to get my fibre installed I had to cancel as it became clear they are unable to deliver the service. They sent fault technicians, by accident activated my account and billed my even though I didn't even have an installed fibre line. Just completely incompetent and horrific service.
I payed for a 100mb x 6 month once of bundle. I immediately received my first 100mb. Now that the month has rolled, I haven't received the new months 100mb. When I call 808, they tell me the service isn't working or some other issues.
After a few months of struggling to get the student reward card posted to me, we finally gave up and decided to pay it directly into my bank account. Then on the 23rd of Nov I saw them paying money into my account, only to recall it on the 24th Nov. So I gave them a call asking about my student reward benefit and the outstanding amount - They now don't know anything about the outstanding sum. They have however on the 20th payed out a smaller amount, but not the total amount. Somehow all the money accumulated over a 2 year span is now gone, not nice!
After a couple of months struggling with the same issues, Martin from Discovery solved them within days. I would like to commend him for quick and great service. I wish all Discovery employees tackled issues as quickly as him.
