i bought the OT6 Tablet a year ago it works perfectly, and it is as fast as the day it was opened. but the camera not so good but did not buy it for that function. its cheap too lots of space and its durable. love it for the price
On 23.03.2025 time between 11 and 1 location promenade Mitchells plain Dis-Chem I entered the store where 2 security men was standing at the entrance on a Sunday morning. The 2 kids with me were running and playing as we were walking in to the store. Halfway into the store the 2 kids ran down between the store passages, I realized that they are not with me and turned around to look where they were. I turned around and looked straight into the face of the female security guard nestled between 2 customers that was confused what was going on. Ignored her and made sure the kid was by my side, and I turned around and went to find what I was look for. I went straight to a male sales assistant to ask where the item was, he took me to the item and remained in the passage that I was. I took the item and placed it in basket. Then I went to the next item that I was interested in. this is when the security came and stood in the comer of passage watching me with the assistant there. I asked one of the kids to take my phone to record her. There after the security gaur came and stood behind me. This is when I confronted her. She made as she walked away. The next passage I saw her again and approached her again asking her why she is following me. She told me she is doing her job. So, I gave her my basket and told her to keep it and that she can walk with me. She walked away. At the end of the till line, I was waiting to pay for my goods the manager stormed out of his office to go speak to the security guard because he saw what happed on the monitor, as he went pass me, He shoulder charged me. This is a very aggressive and unacceptable from a manager After speaking to the security guards he came back to the till area and made sure I paid by watched me pay. This was not the first time I had issue with this store two weeks prior I had an issue with this security guard 2 or 3 weeks prior. It was sale and I bought a lot of stuff. She followed me as I entered the store as she followed me I went to a sales assistant for all my items to show her I was there to buy but she still followed me. that day I asked 2 different sales assistants to help me. Thereafter I went to go stand in the line that was ending at the protein passage. The security garaad went to go stand with me in the line at the point where the line turns to go to the till. I was standing at the end of the line and when I was at the point of the line to go toward the till she was still standing there watching me did not move a centimeter. I turned the corner in the line one step at a time due to the line was slow. The security guard move from the spot where she was watching me, This was 3 steps from me, turned the corner and stood next to me with her back to me. She made as if she was checking something next to me, then went back to spot where she was standing and continued watching me. The 3rd time I had an issue with the store was when I bought pampers, this was in January 2025. Entered the store went to the pampers took one bag and thought that as I am here, I can look for the stuff I buy every month. I walked to the other end of the store. On my way to the other end the female security guard follows me to the other end. I checked the price of the msm then went to the sales assistant to ask stuff I could not find. thereafter the sales assistant showed me where to find it she left. As I was checking the different products I look up and saw the security guard. This is when I decide to see if she is following me. Walked toward the other end turned around and waited for her around the corner. she walked into me where I waited for her . the security guard turned around and walked away. So, if I want to ***** pampers where I will hide it if I am wearing a t-shirt and skinny jeans.!!
I BOUTH THE OT6 TABLET TWO weeks ago. after my perches i received a whatsapp message saying that oukitel was out of stoke and that will receive new stock soon. whenever i asked information on when i will receive package i will always get prompt replies and the week that i received my tablet i was informed that they have the stock and that i will get my tablet before week end.
On the 1st of July 2024 I ordered tv on makro online site 5 days later they told me when I phoned that they will not honor the purchase and I will get refund in 10 working days. Two weeks later I phoned to asked then I was told its still in process. A WEEK later I phone d again and then I was told that I need to send bank details. I did send the info. 10 working day later I phone again and then makro requested that I send a cope of my ID AND I SAID NO because they could have requested this the 5 of July. There after I was told it will take another 10 working day to get my money. It’s the 29/08/202024 I phoned today and I was told that my money will be in on the 2/09/2024. I don’t think so lets see. took more than 2 months and still waiting for my refund.
<div>Took my car to spring field 2015 due to gearbox moved when my car was drove in from behind. They wanted me to pay upfront for the job so I eft the money in full. Brought them proof of payment and drop my car with them. Filled in no paper work. They told me the job will take 2 days. After 10 day I went to go pic my car up my petrol tank on empty, that I left by them more than half way and 100km extra on my car. I checked the car out and saw my reserve water tank cap was gone. I went to the owner manger and brought it to his attention and he refused to replace my cap. The guarantee on the gearbox was 3 months and the 4rth month my gearbox leaked oil. They also refused to fix their poor workmanship. </div>
The sales person was excellent but when it came to paying the service was very bad. The casher was very unfriendly and she treated me as if i want to rob the store. I gave her my debit card to pay. she entered on the card machine the amount however she placed the card machine in front of her and when i wanted to take it to enter the pin she refused to give it to me. said nothing, just kept her had on the pin machine, in front of her. to see my pin. there after had to sign.
hi had a problem and was hard to get in contact with them. took months but they contacted telkom and the matter was resolved. . i did not owe them or telkom any money.
07/2019 the cables in our neighborhood was stolen i lodged a fault report.(29283621) and i received a query number 29939822. i was informed that they will not provide land line services to my location any more and must upgrade my my line to mobile to landline. did not do that. Telkom owes me money and i thought that is the end of it because they ended the contract. now 2 years latter i received a sms from MCS stating that i owe them 800 rand for not paying my account. I phoned Telkom and was told that they cant do any thing about it. i did not receive any notice of final demand from Telkom. if i did i would have cleared up the matter. I phoned MCS but could not get into contact with them. TODAY I REVEIVED A SMS from MCS SAYING THAT I CAN GET DISCOUNT ON MY MONEY OWED. TELKOM OWS ME MONEY AND I WANT IT . SO MCS do your job and go get my money by Telkom!!

I bought the vinyl in may and have to buy multiple colours of the product. Thus I ONLY use products when needed. on the product is no sell by date or manufacture date. MC Thomson service is disappointing and feedback is none exciting. i informed the sales person that I will be at the store on Saturday to exchange my role of vinyl. I was helped by sales woman that was very professional. She showed the supervisor on the day the issue with the old vinyl. A white old man that’s the supervisor was disrespectful. The sales person showed him the old vinyl, he gave me a reason for the old vinyl and when I challenge him on what he was saying he just walked away whiles I spoke to him. This is there reply: "Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I wish I was here to help you better. I apologies for the late reply as well, we are unfortunately sort staff in the front desk. When we can back from lockdown I was told to only help customers that comes in the shop so emails and calls I can’t take. Apologies for the inconvenience if you should buy here again I will attend ASAP." THEY DID NOT EXCHANGE OLD VINYL.
