At Checkers Hyper Witbank there are salesmen walking around with tablets for a checkers card credit application whom does not take no as a response and keep on harassing the customer with sweet talk. Can you immediately cease this in the Checkers Stores. Get a cubicle at the front door and greet and ask if interested. Stop wandering and trailing us in Checkers and keep on harassing us with products we do not want or need.
I ordered a special windscreen from the Witbank branch and paid in full on 22/10/2024. The dealership from whom the buy out was ordered did receive the ordered windscreen during the same week but to date it was not collected for fitting. The excuse is that head office account is in arrears and need to be paid in full before the windscreen can be fitted. I contacted the contact centre as well but they only transfer my call to the sales consultant assisting me whom again told me of the account to be settled by the Head office. How long am I going to wait???? Paid the ****** thing in full and receive such pathetic service!!
Awesome service. Was kept in the loop from day number 1. Great communication. The fabric is overseas but the company got the product to my door within 3x weeks as opposed to 6x weeks. Even the product is of high quality and sososo awesome. Trust me, take the gel bust, not the hollow or solid. Would love to purchase more and more of the product. In short, I am a happy camper and will do business with them again and again.
