FlySaf air flight attendants damaged my travel bag I then recieved an email from their agents Sabeta Maholi and Lesedi Maphatlalatsa forwarded me a claim form and declined my claim. Travellers must not use this airline as nags are damaged and they distance themselves from the matter they will forward you all sorts of forms in the end provide no reason for such and just advise you the claim is declined. Never use this airline
Fly Saf air flight crew damaged my bag on the FA 474 that departed at 9:50 am i raised the matter with them and they chase clout on social media acting like they are going to do anything about it till today im waiting 😡😡 i completed a claim form but nothing has materialised I had to go buy another bag while in Durban Gateway mall because there is no way I was going to be able to travel back yo JHB with the same damaged travel bag. Travellers must not use this airline because our travel luggage is a piece of garbage according to their flight crew
Telkom mobile debited me double on the first month with no justifiable reason after my upgrade of a pocket router upon calling to enquire was told this is due to insuff funds on my account they requested I send a statement of my account which I did to display that funds were available I spoke to an agent Nokuthula Sindisiwe Radebe and this was brought to the attention of Busisiwe Sibamba whom just ignores clients complaints is this a team leader ? and I was advised that the matter is being escalated to a senior consultant I sent my statement and all required documents. To date telkom has not refunded me for the rejection fee. Telkom is not displaying integrity in their business and I recommend people not to take up their contracts once this contract is over I am never upgrading again with Telkom mobile.
We bought a BMW1series from we buy cars which had an undetected oil leak on the turbo it was taken to JVR auto in Silverton Pretoria for further assessment and one thing I can recommend anybody having problems with their vehicle take it to JVR auto.They put their clients first and don't pack up until the vehicle is sorted a friendly lady by the name Julandi van rensburg is a go to person and she and was with us from start to end .Our 1 series is in satisfactory performance due to JVR auto. They also sort other issyes tye vehicle has to ensure it is in mint condition when it drives out of their repairs shop. They do what they do with a passion.
We bought a BMW 1 series at We Buy cars Midstream early this year and the car had an oil leakage which was undetected it was then taken to JVR Motors Silverton JVR Motors Julandi Van Rensburg is the rep who was handling our vehicle. The vehicle went in without a misfire problem and we are now told the vehicle has a misfire problem we have given them ample time to resolve the issue which Julandi is now avoiding my calls. JVR motors has been handling our vehicle for almost 4 weeks and give a run around when we want to reclaim our vehicle integrity is not withheld in that service center. JVR motors and We buy cars Midstream are not reliable and I suggest people to not go purchase vehicles there. We are fed up now ne reliable mechanic can handle a vehicle for so long JVR motors dont know what they are doing.
