Superbalist Incorrect Refund
I have been trying to resolve this issue with Superbalist since the 2 September. Customer services agent promised to have this resolved to date no feedback although I sent several emails and messaged on messenger. The order number was 10674906. They did not have 2 cushion covers ordered and refunded R449 for 1 cushion instead of R898 for 2 cushions. Although they confirmed via email R898 will be refunded.

Shocking Standard
Inferior quality logo printing with ghost shadows and faded color. Will certainly not use Creative Brands again. The Sales Manager needs to learn about world class standards. Definitely not living up to their name and motto. Waste of time and money.
