As a company with commercial insurance we have not been impressed with King Price: the agents responding to calls for roadside assist assume incorrectly that the policy will be inactive or they have incorrect details for our company on the system and they refuse to assist. These inefficient and sometimes rude responses have created a poor impression of King Price overall although the independent companies responding with assistance have always delivered excellent service. Rowayne Hartze responded promptly today, however and our battery was boosted within the hour.
After going into a NT store to change my unit for a Neoflex Voice router about 3weeks ago my number has been stopped/migrated/changed to accommodate my request for the new router device (to be used in-conjunction with a conference phone for board meetings.) <br> I discovered today that my line (NT line used for light duty/infrequent calls) has been suspended due to non payment of an invoice sent on 1st Sept. Amount was paid immediately and POP sent to [Email Removed] at 3pm. I was told by the call centre agent that the line would be activated by within 4hours. After calling 3,4,5 hours I was not any better off... The call centre agent told me at 8pm (after 5hours) that NOTHING could be done about the inactivity of the line as the department responsible was closed until 8am the NEXT morning. I was planning to use the NT for a national board meeting with participants calling from around the country (I was forced to use the equivalent Telkom service for this function as the NT call centre agent could not assist me until the account was activated again). Very disappointed about the carelessness my requests were given. Not good customer service. Needtokeep business clients happy.
Seems to be a fraudulent operation. Posts on OLX for computers under the name of 'TheCameraKiosk'. But the invoice reflects the company name \Smartech Electronics"of which the company registration is bogus. The address is a residential home (not a warehouse as claimed by Christian). Insists on money to be paid upfront and claims UPS will send the goods within 24hrs of payment via UPS. A call to UPS confirmed that UPS does not recognise the company name NOR do they honour deliveries from Free State to Gauteng in 24hrs. Closure examination of the details of the company seemed to prove to me that they are illegitimate - beware. """
