I had a 7kw inverter repaired under warranty. The repair took 3 months. Once installed it lasted not more than a month with same problem. Eventually this was handed in for repair again on 24 February 2025, no response on when this will be fixed again.
I have ordered inflatable lifejackets, and when it reached the Netherlands on route to South Africa, it got rejected by Xray. The travking company show it's status as Lost or Destroyed. It is impossible to call someone. The help centre just take you in circles as you are communicating with bots all the time. When you state your case you get a reply in Spannish. I don't know how I am going to get my money back. They don't respond on emails. There is no way to phone them. This company is not fit to deal internationally. What can I do get hold of them and get my money back?
Booked and paid for a 2 day online course. It got postponed by a week, then on the day, a no show, no answers, no mails. I will report them to relevant institutions.
