I am writing this with utter disappointment of service I am receiving from ROODEPOORT ACCIDENT REPAIR CENTRE. My car VW Touareg KL 25 XF GP. They ignore my calls, and put me on hold for over 20minutes just to tell me they have no update on the car. Claim was approved on 22nd of October, no updates were given on the car, I started calling to find out progress for the last 2 weeks, Last week Tuesday the car was promised to be ready on Friday (21 November 2025). Then the date was moved to be Tuesday (25 November 2025). I went to the workshop to find my car with no one attending to it, and Rudy told me he's waiting for locknuts, which were in the vehicle when it arrived at the workshop (seen on attached checklist). I said I would buy and bring myself as my car can't be there just waiting for something that simple.

My account is currently in arrears even though i have paid an eft into the account, I have called the home-loans department and complaints department several times, and no one is assisting me, they are just transferring the problem, from department to department. It has passed the 3days SLA period and no feedback. This is a serious issue as this will affect my credit rating. Absa service levels are ridiculous, the complaints line has a rude person telling me what do I want them to do. I am furious with this.
<p>I want to change debit order details, i filled the form in but keep getting a reply that my request is illegable or unclear, when I try call the call centre im on hold for over 20min. Is changing debit order details such a mission?</p>
<p>All I want to do is to close my current account, the banker is never available (which is reason Im closing the account). I am being charged everyday the account is open. Please close my account.</p>
I did an application for an overdraft and documents where sent in Monday 11th January 2016. After 5 days, still no feedback.<br> <br> This is the second time this is happening.
