****mers - They ***** your money
Most pathetic service ever!! Been requesting since July for them to cancel my membership as contract now concluded. Been emailing and leaving messages for callback ever since, no feedback whatsoever. Don't fall for their sweet talk to open a contract with them alt all. All they do is deduct!!

Thieves, Liars - Waste of Space!!!
On 28/09/2017 I handed my device in for repairs. Since then, I’ve been begging for feedback. I've paid for repairs, I’ve sent numerous request and complaints – No feedback whatsoever. Last week I got a sms that my device is ready for collection, after arranging a driver to collect, I was advised that the device is already collected but thy cant tell me by whom. I’ve phoned numerous times, leaving messages but no response! I’ve emailed them as well – Still no response! How are they still in business? I would never recommend anyone to ever make use of Samsung of get themselves any product from Samsung.
