We would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Ziyanda Moletsane for her excellent service during our recent claim process. It's never nice when you are involved in an accident and have to claim from insurance, but Ziyanda and the Dotsure team made the process so much easier with their friendliness, patience and support. No stock but still advertising (for 3 months)
On 26 October I sent an email to the Vodacom team to advise that I was not happy that they were advertising the Huawei P8 Lite with Talkband combo as I had been trying for most of September to get this contract, but NO ONE has stock. I initially received a call and was promised that they would give me feedback, but since then I have had no luck getting a response (even after asking for a line manager's details so that I can personally escalate the issue).
