We were referred to Brands tree felling based on work they had done for people we knew. They did an absolutely sterling job and were so helpful all the way through. Jabu, the sight supervisor, was a massive help in guiding our expectations and advised well on what would benefit us, while still making the trees look appealing. On the day, Jabu, Sabello and his team were efficient, friendly and ensured everything was approved by us before leaving the premises. They also cleared the wood away and cleaned the garden well, which was all included in the very affordable quote. All in all, we are very satisfied with their work and our whole experience and would definitely recommend them.
At first we thought that the brand would be reliable and trustworthy, especially coming from Europe, but we were mistaken. The quality is cheap and the stove itself is very slow to heat up. the oven is always at least 20- 25 degrees colder than what you set it to. in the last 18 months of owning it we have had to replace the Wiring harness twice, and both instances took two weeks at a time for the technicians to come out and repair the stoves but the delays were from Ferre's side as they sent the wrong parts. so we sat for 14 days without a stove and needed to make our own plan for cooking food and received NO help from Ferre themselves. The warranty only lets you return the stove/Exchange it within in the first 14 days of purchase but there after, no matter how inconvenienced you are, Ferre doesn't care. I would NOT recommend buying any Ferre products es from my experience, they WILL break, are sub-par and Ferre will be so loathed to assist you that it willcause unnecessary frustrations.
I am expecting a parcel from overseas, and when I check the tracking number, I see that it is currently sitting in customs and has been for the past 2 weeks. I would like to find out what the issue is but whenever I phone the SAPO call center or even the customs one on these numbers 011 961 6059 or 011 390 1962, there i no answer and the phone is merely put down without any attempt to help. I have lo sent email to the correct people and still no response. All I want to know is what i need to do to get my parcel? do i need to go down there and search for it myself.
