Been trying to claim a refund since May from Denis, however I cant get my refund cause they do not have my updated banking details (which by the way has not changed) When I call Denis, they tell me to call Sizwe. When I call Sizwe they tell me to call Denis. I just want my refund!!!! I cant stand phoning around wasting my time and money. Claim has been submitted now the medical need to do their job!!!!
Absolutely disappointed with the service or shall I say the lack of service from Honda Umhlanga. I purchased a 2019 BRV new, 8 months later I noted the driver seat the material had started to ladder eventually causing a hole. I took the car in to inquire if it was still under warranty and if it could get repaired. I left then once home I then had to take pictures and send it in. I then returned again as I had not heard from anyone. It has now been 3 months and still no answer as to if it would get fixed and the hole is now progressing in size. A simple yes or no answer is needed!!!!
No one can ever help settle any dispute. Never want to pay out any thing always a mission to get help. Just got told My choice of hospital which is my nearest hospital and in this case was an emergency is not the hospital I should of gone to. But no one has ever stipulated which hospital to go to.
I am highly upset that I have to pay extra for my daughter (11 years old) to use the bidvest lounge at the airport, when its free for me. Other banks allow one guest to enter with card holder. I hope Nedbank will reconsider this as I have been a loyal customer for many years. I am hoping someone will contact me to make an arrangement as to how we can change this condition so one is able to visit the lounge with a guest or their child.
