Makro promotes the consumers to use your Makro card as they will save keep your invoices and slips, but this is. Ot the case, the national call centre will revert to you and advice to call the store , after which they will tell you they dont have it you should keep your slip. I tried calling the store manager of Silver Lakes branch but he in meetings the entire day and his PA also is not of help, she promised that she will resolve amd also ask him to call me- this is 2 days back. Meanwhile I need my slip for Warrantee perspective for the manufacturer to resolve my issue. It placed me in a situation where I had to call a repair company to fix my Fridge Freezer as my content was going bad. Makro wants us to use our cards for them to use our 1st Party data … I will never use my Makro card again or will ever buy from them again. Worts service from Makro/ Management and Manufacturer.
Worts experience ever, called the call centre they stated I must send pictures to there WhatsApp line. Its 2 days later and still no feedback, i have followed up, called the number again with no luck again “ I cant help you “. Will not recommend this product line for anyone. Paid 30k for Fridge Freezer with no service from manufacturer.
