Don't make use of this companies service. You will replace EVERYTHING while still in working order. They remove old parts without permission only to find out later it wasn't even broken. They replaced our chlorinator and the timer and took the old ones without permission. Then they replaced the pool pump which was never broken in the first place. Luckily this was not removed as we stopped it before it could happen. The company cannot even tell me what kind of chlorinator I had, as the guy (Abi) didn't even book it in but the company maintains it was broken without even seeing it, let alone testing it. They requested we give them serial number to see if parts are available?? Which parts of they didn't even see or test the chlorinator?? Don't let Abi or the company come near your pool or property. You will regret it and pay them thousands. REALY REALLY bad customer experience.
One star only because I couldn't go into the negative. DSTV customer service should be ashamed of themselves. I cancelled my account months ago with telephonic confirmation that there was no balance outstanding. I get a phone call today that we have been handed over to lawyers, as dstv decided to give us additional 1 month viewership without our consent or knowledge. What's worse, is that we had no idea we had an outstanding balance!???? *** DSTV. Your communication is absolutely pathetic for a JSE listed company. Your way of extorting additional money out of your client is completely unethical. I have never been in arrears on any of my accounts in my life. Ur communication is poor. Never again will I do business with your pathetic company. Looking forward to a genuine competitor entering the market.
