Please never use this company spend the extra money and use a more reputable place. I have been waiting since 2021 for a refund. My pictures were delivered and were all damaged so I returned them at my cost in 2021, and since then I have yet to receive my money. The team has stopped replying to my email in 2022 and Vincent on WhatsApp replies with endless promises to perform the refund. All I want is for the refund to be executed. Save yourself all the stress and never oder from this place.

Please stay away from this company or establishment. They have poor quality products and poor customer services. I will be using names below as I believe the there are not using their correct names on the call and communication, as the owners Zedrick's details cannot be found. I ordered 2 canvas frames in March 2022, and when the items were delivered it was delivered damaged. I immediately reported this to the sales team. They requested I pen the whole parcel and send them pics, which i did. The canvases were very badly damaged so I requested a refund as this was possible based off their policy, this fact was disputed and they eventually came around and agreed to give the refund, but first they needed the canvases back. So I agreed, however they did not arrange the pick up. I then went and sent the couriered the items at my own cost, the receptionist at the office confirmed it was received and that I would get the refund by 16 June. Nothing happened and I continued to call and message and email but not reply, I even tagged the company on a Instagram post of theirs, however they have since that day blocked me on Instagram. Christian then emailed advising I would have the refund no later than 31 July, still nothing. I have emailed , called and texted on WhatsApp still there was no reply. I reached out the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud whom tried to recover the refund for me but still no luck in the matter. The next steps would be to do to the The Tribunal. All I am asking for my money back. This **** of a company needs to be taken down.
