Do not do business with Djamile Roussouw and Fireplace and Chimney Co. They are not legitimate and will take your money and run. We've pursued legal action as well as filed a case with the police. Beware this man. (Hellopeter will not allow the correct language to be used)
Fireplace and Chimney Co - in particular Mr Djamile (Jim) Rossouw -, has **** and ****med his way with us as well as many of the customers (read the Facebook, Hellopeter and Google reviews). His physical shop doesn't even exist anymore, and the none of their phone numbers works. Following weeks of trying to get the installation and constant excuses for delays, we will be placing ******** and civil charges against him personally as well as the company. Silly mistake for us not to check Hellopeter first.

Cancelled some Value Added Products from my car financing contract. Product providers accepted the cancellations and paid MQF the requisite amounts - proof of payments were provided and MQF even acknowledged it themselves. It's been 2 months and MQF has yet to reduce my loan amount. Two whole months. Do they care? Nope
We hired a car mid Nov for a trip from OR Tambo to Nelspruit and back. Upon collecting the car, we had issues with our card and had to create a new booking there and then. Avis kindly reversed the cancellation fee (charged if not cancelled before 24hours). We also had great customer service from them when facing our little crisis. Thank you Avis for a kind and wonderful experience. (I just think the website needs some updating. Advice: phone to confirm agreement details rather than relying on the info in the generated mails etc..)

Where do I start? We have a problem with our connection, and have been trying for a couple of days to resolve. The best we get is the back-end tech support to address our problem a week later. So what, must we sit at home without internet for a week? What a joke. It is quicker to deactivate and buy a new product. This is insane, especially in the competitive fibre market. Front-end tech support team can only advise so much, and they don't even have the tools to address authentication issues that only back-end can see. Sort your **** out.
I unfortunately had to cancel my policy due to financial reasons. Sometimes it can be quite PTSD-style with a whole exit interview rigmarole. But Pacific was very understanding, and I will definitely promote Pineapple to friends and family. It really makes a difference when consultants are efficient and make things less stressful than they need to be, even when it involves an exiting client (which is always something that isn't ideal). Thank you Pineapple for a wonderful experience for the +-14 months I was with you. Minimal calls, and easy to use app.
