Excellent Service
I needed a rare specialized part for my car and came across this company via google search. I used the contact function on their website and was shortly contacted via email by Eune Engelbrecht who assisted me very professionally and efficiently and also offered my advice regarding the part. Eune ensured that she was supplying me with the correct part and sent me a quotation. I then paid on the quotation and before I knew it the parts were delivered to my doorstep the following day. I want to thank Eune for the excellent and efficient service provided. I will definitely recommend this company and doing business with them. Thank You

Damaged items and Bad Customer Service
I had taken out a loan against my B&W home theatre speakers at cash crusaders Northcliff. Upon doing the loan transaction i had taken several pictures of my items in the store to have record of the condition of the speakers. I had come to pay and collect my speakers after 2 and a half months. After paying for my loan an upon collection of my speakers, I noticed that they where severley damaged. I requested to speak to the store manager and I was approaced by "MO" who then denied and refuted that the damage was caused by them. I then showed him the pictures that I had taken proving the good condition that my speakers were in but he still denied and refuted that they had caused the damage. Saying to me that they are second hand speakers.I then asked to chat to the store owner to which he had **** and claimed that he was the store owner. I asked several more times to speak to the store owner and was repeatedly **** to and was denied access to the owner. He then brought over some furniture polish to try to remove some of the damage they had caused but that did not work as the scratches were very deep. They also caused damage to the speakers themselves to which he denied even after showing him the pictures that i had taken. They have also not returned the speaker covers which were supp**** and claimed that it was not there. After several minutes of not being able to resolve the issue and not being able to speak to the store owner and come to a resolution "MO" then asked me to leave his store. I refused to leave until my matter was resolved to which he then proceed to call for security and backup to have me physically removed. I do have pictures of the damage and video of my experience in the store and the condition of the speakers that the store returned to me in. This behaviour and lack of professionalism is absolutely pathetic and disgusting, knowing how cash crusaders treats their patrons. Please can you resolve as a matter of urgency. Thanks Siven

Absoluetey rude manager and even ruder staff members. They lie to say tyres are beyond repair and then try to upsell you tyres that are more expensive and unecessary and then when you refuse you are told to take your vehicle and F$#! Off.

Extreme bad customer service Northgate store
I visited shoe city Northgate mall on 25 April in search of a pair of shoes for my wife. As i entered the store i was ignored by all staff as they were just chatting to eachother. I none the less searched for about 10 minutes until i found a shoe i wanted to purchase. Upon finding the size i opened the box and found only one shoe inside, i called one of the staff members to assist. They then took one of the shoes from the shelf to match to one in the box. I was not to happy about this as the one on the shelf was very dirty so i asked if they could please clean it as this was a birthday gift for my wife. The staff member was very rude and irrate about my request. She went to the other staff members with the shoe and made a big deal about it. When i approached them at the cashiers till they asked me where was the shoe dirty. I was singled out and put on the spot by three staff members of the store as if i had committed a crime. I didnt end up taking the shoe as they were extremely rude and abrupt. This behaviour and service is terrible and disgusting. I will never shop at any of the shoe city stores again!
