Purchased an office chair from Takealot supp**** by ATOMIX
Purchased an office chair from Takealot supp**** by ATOMIX. The chair came with a 12‑month warranty, but one of the leg welds failed within 8 months. When I returned the item to Takealot, they claimed the damage was due to “user misuse,” even though it’s clearly a manufacturing defect and the overall build quality is very poor. Takealot refused to provide any supplier contact details and has since stopped responding to my emails. Overall, the service has been disappointing, and the product supp**** by ATOMIX is substandard. I would not recommend purchasing anything from ATOMIX. PS: Would have loved to include a picture for reference
