My sister had her 40th birthday party at Waterkloof Restaurant. We expected a experience and memories of a lifetime...which we have but not in a good way, actually one of the worst experiences I have every had at a supposedly\" fine dining restaurant. I have taken this up with Shawn Robb - Reg manager & Craig Sheldon Dorasami snr acc mnger who have both said the fact that Melanie has sent a mail not admitting 2 her being wrong was good enough & that they will not let Melanie call me as per my request - Melanie was VERY rude & has a VERY bad attitude not willing 2 help, she kept saying MTN is on strike. I was treated in a way that I never want 2 take a contract with MTN again !! I insisted she somehow check what is going on & i would not leave until i get answers She eventually admitted I was correct and she would take this up. Why did I have 2 throw tantrums 4 this girl 2 do what she should have done in the 1st place !! I am LIVID & will not leave this here. I expect Melanie 2 at least call me with a sincere apology ! Melanie also REFUSED 2 give me her surname ! I am very shocked that MTN would employ such a person with very limited capability 2 deal with clients as well as put their reputation in such a persons hands.I will take all necessary steps 2 insure there is satisfying repercussions for her action & the way I was treated, I will not leave this here . I will not tolerate this kind of treatment!
