Ok so 2 months later, they have responded to me and have started working on my car, seems it will be resolved. I will however have to get my car back to report if everything was resolved.
I made A quick loan at a teller, 30 day one, that bill was paid over a year ago, I am listed on Experian for this, after multiple emails sent to care@fnb.co.za, i even got a call on a Friday afternoon saying it will be corrected the next week... its another month later and nothing.
I cannot explain what happpened to me after going back to them several times. Terrible service, no response even from emails.
I Have had insurance with them for over a year now, loads of issues, but my main concern is that even after getting another vehicle i cannot seem to get that on my policy.. and even tried getting home owners insurance.. also no joy, any changes i try to make seems to be ignored.. i must have 10 reference numbers by now from all the emails i sent .. still no joy.
