This is a scam. I had ordered a chicken coop and paid 2000 R deposit. The next day I got a phone call I should pay for a insurance to deliver. The total price included delivery. I refused and asked my money back. They said it takes five days. And from that moment on My phone calls are declined and my emails not answered. I can’t even call my money back via fnb cause fnb says they have to agree to give the money back and it will cost me a few hundred Rand to start the process. So even I have all the documentation emails and whattsapp messages to proof the situation to fnb I feel completely left alone. So please be warned. I wanted to support local business but this is very disappointing and not encouraging to do it again Till today no money was refunded
Hi, I tried to reset my password because I just could not login. It is just frustration. I do not know why I can not login in the first place. Ok, I received a letter with a link to reset. But it just does not reset the password. Does not take the verification code or reacts in any way. Just jumps back into ... put in your new password, type in the verification code .. :(
I am writing to you about this very upsetting situtation with the courier service you have under contract to deliver my FNB Credit Card and hope this complaint will enable some action. After a talk in the branch I have upgraded the Credit Card. The courier service tried once to phone and then left a sms on the 20.7.18 that I have to phone back to arrange a delivery date. I did do so and I was told that the courier does not deliver to the farm/lodge. I then said they can deliver to the Branch in Mooi River and I was told that I have to pay extra for this and they would not advise this. It was then confirmed via sms that the delivery would can happen and would be on the 24.7.18. Without any information I was informed via sms, that the delivery was rescheduled for the 25.7.18. No one arrived or informed me on this date either and I phoned the courier today on the 26.7.18 in the morning to get information. I was then told, that they could not get hold of the driver and the delivery date has to be rescheduled again. I asked for the supervisor and the lady only commited to escalate this so the delivery can happen today. I am sitting now the 3rd day waiting to receive the Credit Card. As you know, there is not a good reception on the farm, but I have my phone positioned on the veranda that I can receive calls or messages and try to be close. I do have no missed calls. And honestly feel like I am chasing the courier service. If I would not be self employed, this would mean 7 days annual leave wasted. For me it did mean sitting 7 days waiting, not being able to leave the farm in case someone arrives with the Credit Card. At 15.48 pm I received a sms that the delivery of the card has been again rescheduled, this time for friday the 27.7.18. Today is the 1.8.18 and the process is continuing except now the courier company needs a special authorization. However I cannot communicate with them via email only via the call center. I feel helpless. I feel like I should not even bother anymore with this Credit Card and cancel the whole thing. Considering that I have been banking with FNB for the last 18 years I now feel like its time to move my banking to a different institution. This is very poor service. kind regards Conny
