My experience with Strom Creations was beyond frustrating and extremely unprofessional. From the start, there was a complete lack of communication, constant delays, and endless excuses. I ordered stickers, and due to their poor communication, I arranged for someone to collect them on my behalf. Despite multiple requests, they failed to provide an address for collection, claiming no one was available to hand over the stickers, not even her father. This resulted in days of delays and wasted time. To try to resolve this, she eventually agreed to Uber the package to me. However, after hours of silence, she claimed to be on her way to the office, then said she had to make a detour, and ultimately, the stickers weren't sent. She promised they would be sent first thing the next morning. I made it clear that I needed the stickers delivered before 9:30 AM as I had to leave for work. By 9:30, she was still looking for a driver. Hours passed with no updates until I had to follow up three hours later. This lack of communication and disregard for my time was unacceptable. When the Uber driver finally arrived, things only got worse. She informed me at the last minute that the Uber trip had switched to a cash payment option and asked me to cover the cost, promising to repay me afterward. This was completely unprofessional, especially since she hadn’t communicated this beforehand. I refused to pay for it, as it wasn’t my responsibility to cover her delivery costs, and this unexpected request just added more unnecessary stress to the situation. When the stickers finally arrived, they were a complete disaster. The wrong size, blurry, and of such poor quality that they were unusable for my business. Despite providing clear instructions on size and design, none of them were followed. The stickers were so bad that I had no choice but to request a full refund. She refused to refund 100% of the amount and blamed the problem on someone new running the machine. She assured me she would personally fix the issue, but over a week later, I still hadn’t received any new stickers. Every day it is another excuse: first, she promised it would be done by Monday, then it was Tuesday evening, and now Wednesday morning. This morning, she said she was “offsite” and would get it done later today. It’s been a constant cycle of broken promises and delays, with no resolution in sight. This entire process has been exhausting. From the lack of communication and unprofessional behavior to the poor product quality and endless excuses, Strom Creations has shown no interest in resolving the issue or delivering on their promises. I’ve wasted valuable time and money dealing with them, and I still don’t have a usable product. Strom Creations is, without a doubt, one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs. Their lack of professionalism, inability to communicate properly, and failure to deliver a quality product make them a business you simply cannot trust. There are far better, more reliable options out there—don’t waste your time with this one.

I would like to bring attention to the poor quality of materials used in The Heights Estate Development on 5th Road. It has been 2 years since we moved, the roof is leaking causing water to leak into the bedroom through the ceiling. The leaking roof and ceiling was brought to the attention of the managing agent at the time the issue occurred on 22 February 2021. Shortly after SIGMA was appointed as the new managing agent, to date the roof is still leaking and no repairs have even started. Our bedroom ceiling has extensive water damage that is only getting worse over the past 2 months as it continues to rain. When it rains we have to put towels on our bed and furniture and buckets to collect water to prevent further damage, the towels and bucket have to be continuously drained or replaced every hour or 2 during heavy rains. We have had numerous sleepless nights and are unable to work during the day when it is raining as we have to empty buckets and drain towels!! We are unable to leave our house unattended in case it starts raining, we have not been able to go on holiday or stay away from home for hours! HOW CAN WE BE EXPECTED TO LIVE LIKE THIS FOR 2 MONTHS?!! Over the past 2 months when we follow up with the progress on getting the roof repaired the estate manager appointed by Sigma provides feedback that they discussing with the trustees to get the repairs approved. Why is it taking 2 months to get quotes and get this approved? I just cannot understand why there is such a lack of urgency to an emergency situation? Further to this I will be logging a complaint with the Community Schemes Ombud Service today as I believe we have been patient long enough and 2 months is a reasonable time frame to have gotten this repair completed.

I requested a form for an additional access remote on 8th March, 2 days later I received a reply from the estate manager saying they are waiting for the forms and he will send it once he receives it. I have followed up since then and I have still not received the forms. Does it take 7 weeks to develop a new form for access?

I ordered a couch on the 1st of May from Coricraft Kramerville store. Firstly the customer attention in this store is pathetic, a sales assistant will start off helping you and before you are even done they are moving onto the next customer - I have been to this store more than 4 times and this has happened every time. When ordering my couch I specifically mentioned more than once that we only want delivery on the 30th of June 2018. I expected this to be noted on the system. I was notified that the couch will take 4 to 6 weeks to be made. On the 31st of May an sms to say that my couch was almost ready and that I can make the remaining payment so the couch can be delivered. I later received several phone calls of the next few days, all of which had the message to pay the balance and get the couch and included be reiterating that the couch is only to be delivered on 30th June 2018, this however continued numerous times. Towards the end of June I paid the balance and again stressed that this needed to be delivered at the end of June. The warehouse called me again and I asked for delivery on the 29th of June and it was confirmed. On the morning of the 29th of June I got a call from the warehouse which went to voice mail with a message that my couch has failed quality control and was damaged and will not be delivered on the 29th of June, nor could they give me a date of when it will actually be delivered. I insisted that I want a new couch and not a repaired couch, but Gladys could not tell me how long that will take as she needed to speak to the factory manager and apparently could not get a hold of him. Half an hour later I called Gladys back who had no further feedback and transferred me to her manager(I did not get her name). Gladys told me her and her manager had sent me an email regarding this but I did not receive any email. The manager asked me to give an hour to investigate and she will call me back - it is more than 5 days later and I am yet to receive a call back - talk about customer service. On the same day (29th of June) I went to the kramerville store and spoke to the manager Nancy who called the warehouse manager Caleb. Caleb informed her that 1 of 3 pieces of our couch could not be located in the warehouse and that they are still looking for it. If delivery is meant to be on the 29th of June, why was my couch only searched for on the morning of the 29th? What kind of process occurs in this warehouse that they cannot locate someones couch? I just do not understand how this works. Nancy then assured me that if they do not find the couch on the morning of the 30th of June that a loan couch will be allocated to us and delivered on the same day. Gladys called me on the 30th to confirm that the couch will be delivered. Around 3pm on the 30th we called Nancy to tell her that we did not received anything, she told me that the couch is on the delivery van which is on route but she cannot tell me where exactly they are, surely the driver has a cellphone and you can call and enquire where they are?! Until the 3rd of July we did not receive the loan couch nor was our original couch found. I honestly think that the couch was sold to someone else and a new one needs to be made which is absolutely ridiculous. I cannot express the number of times and the amount of airtime I have wasted trying to get through to the warehouse, the store manager of Kramerville and trying to locate the delivery of this couch. I have gotten such pathetic service that I have cancelled my order and received a full refund, however this does not make up for the stress and time wasted. I would understand if this delivery was delayed by a day but a lost piece of my couch is ridiculous especially since we had guests coming over with no couch available. I will never be shopping at the Kramerville store again.
