Something definitely went wrong with this company. I got an LN watch as a gift back in 2019, and it was perfect, I still wear that watch till this day. I decided to start a collection - terrible mistake. These guys sent me a faulty watch, one of the hands was even broken. The strap showed poor workmanship, so much so I threw the damn thing away. Lunga wasn't even interested in fixing the issue so I just let it go, but based on the previous reviews I read, I thought I should warn others - don't buy from these guys. Also, the website is so horrible, it's evident they don't care anymore. When they launched, the site was beautiful and they used to have a story for each watch, which made you want to own a piece. black businesses are not escaping the allegations.

I had a break-in last week and so I logged a claim with Bettersure. A week later I have no idea what is happening with my claim. Mind you I have items that were stolen from my house which is an inconvenience on it's own and now I have to deal with the admin of chasing after Bettersure just to get an update!? Each time I call the call centre, the agents sound clueless and they keep asking me if I have home contents insurance with them. Duh!! That's why I'm calling stupid. Sh*t service - would not recommend.
I've used the Simba Power logistics services twice now and on both occasions they provided professional, customer-centric service. The next time I need assistance moving I know who to call. I would definitely recommend this team.
I'm an afrihost customer with an MTN sim card and I've BEEN trying to get a sim swap from a micro-sim phone to a nano-sim phone. Afrihost told me that once i've bought a nano-sim I need to call them for assistance, which I did everytime I call the contact centre, they agents put me on hold forever only for them not to be able to assist. I then called 135 and was told that since I'm a contract customer I need to speak to Afrihost. So I decided to go to an MTN shop for assistance but they also couldn't help me. I'm at the point where I just want to cancel the damn thing because clearly no one cares or is able/willing to assist and it seems no one knows who is supposed to what.
