Item ****** and deleted from profile
They (florida branch) listed my packeage when it was delivered to the Florida, USA office and a day later i received a mail staying that my package is not available and to contact my local office. The South African office did not even bother to reply to my mail. When i went online to check my package status, it had been deleted fron my profile!! They have made it extremely difficult to contact them. Do not use this service as they have ****** my package and have made zero effort to contact me.

Ridiculous pricing and poor management
The pricing for locals is way too expensive. They launched a pensioners card at R899!! The standard cabe card that hikers use has become ridiculously expensive (R1500) with no added benefits for hikers. My wild card costs way less (less than R800) and has so much more value. Someone needs to seriously review the management of this treasure and it can be so much more better.
