12kW Solar System install.
Would like to thank Tiaan and his team with this installation. They assisted with great pricing and quality work. Guys where installing in the rain as I wanted to get off Tshwane's supply. Great service and qualit products. Working like a charm. Thank you.

Absa vehicle finance

Two debit orders with no device delivery
I have applied for a phone in November 2017. It was approved and my bank account has been debited twice. I have not received the the device up to now. I have contacted the customer service department so many times. Spending lots of money on phone calls. Every time they tell me they will call me back and that the problem has been escalated to the department responsible. I have been to telkom stores and they can not assist me because for some reason telkom online is not connected to the stores. This is totally ridiculous. Where does one go for any assistance that does not cost a fortune in phone calls???

WORST!!! service provider in South Africa
I have done an online application for 15Gb R199 deal. After doing the application they gave me a reverence number, but closed my web browser. Never mailed it to me. Three days after the application i sent a mail to Telkom mobile find out what is happening. Five days after I still have not heard anything. Absolutely useless... Frustrating

Bad bad service..!!!!!
Second time I have done this and its the second time I have received a headache from twisp service. <br> <br> Last week Tuesday I purchased products online, I have not received my package yet, 6 days later, I phone twisp to find people that have no telephone manners and to tell me I have not payed yet. I did a online payment the instant I ordered these products. <br> <br> I could have driven to the closest shop and just got the stuff, so much for online ordering.<br> <br> Would not recommend it to any one.
