Good on you Big Concerts
They assisted me with getting my refund back for the RW show, once I contacted them via Instagram, they kept me informed as to what was going on. Well done

Refund - rather the lack thereof - 25 workings day and still waiting
Still waiting for a refund after 25 working days, when promised a refund within 10 working days. No one seems interested. RW tickets, venue was moved, absolutely dismal service. Big Concerts should find another provider to use. Very unhappy

Refund rather lack there of!
Robbie Williams Tickets bought for 18 January 2025, concert moved from Calabash to Time Square, was advised a refund will take 10 working days, this was on 9 October 2024, we are now 24 working days later, still no refund. Unacceptable, cannot find an email address to enquire, tried though Ticketmaster, no luck. I am very unhappy with how this has been dealt with.
