Good day, I took out a funeral policy last year which I have been paying a premium of R400 every month on the 1st of each month. Today they decided to debit my account on the 25th which I never agreed to. I called the call center who told me that my account was being tracked and unfortunately they could not reverse the debit order. I never agreed to my account being tracked. This bis daylight *******. I needed that money for something very urgent. The call centre agent Zikhona then said I should take her word that she would make sure it would be debited from the 1st because she would fix the date. This is a funeral policy so why should it be tracked?? They took R420 of which I needed to use that money for my daughters school activities. I have now requested the policy to be canceled. I will not be inconvenienced would rather move to a better company who value my business.
I purchassd 2 vouchers on the pay me now app a total of R1530. I went to the Checkers on the 19th June at 6pm in Kosmosdal to redeem them. The lady at the money market counter told to me to register first by dialing *120*3534# it prompted me to complete a list of questions. Once I was done she then told me the vouchers were not showing on her system for redemption. Only later did she realize that the number that I used to register was not the same as the one I have on my pay me now app. She tried to change the number but still had difficulty finding the vouchers. After an hour of trying to fix the issue she gave up. Then asked that I call the call centre to resolve it. They have now told me that I must wait 5 working days for the number change to be done. This is absolute madness as we literally have no food at my house. I should have opted for Pickn pay or Woolies who both have a much simpler process with zero pain. Just giving awareness of the pain and trauma you go through with the checkers gift voucher process.
Worst place to study had a very unpleasant experience overall.
<div>Good day, I would like to say thank you again to +++++ for empathizing with my situation. My previous debt counsellor did not honor their mandate and my credit record suffered considerably. I was in the final stages of securing a new employment opportunity however it became difficult due to what reflected on my credit history. I had nowhere to turn she went the extra mile to assist me by successfully transferring me to Debt Busters. She spoke to the HR dept to advocate my case in doing so my new employer sent me an offer of employment. I am forever grateful to +++++ and Debt Busters, looking forward to a healthy financial future. This kind of service is truly unforgettable, Thank you +++++!!</div>
<div>Good day, I would like to give a huge compliment and say thank you to ++++ . The amazing financial consultant who has been handling my debt review application. My husband and I have been under debt review with another firm and they gave us hassles in terms of transferring over to Debt Busters. +++++ went above and beyond to make sure that the transfer was done with constant communication with us and our previous debt counsellor. She is a true GEM and I appreciate her and value her for all the assistance. I may have lost an employment opportunity but because of her I am still under consideration which means a whole lot for me and my family. I will always remember Debt Busters for not only doing business with me but also for +++++ who added a personal touch and humanity which is a scarce commodity these days.</div>
Good Morning I would like to give a huge compliment for Balry Hlako at your Pickn Pay Blue Valley Branch (The Reeds). My mom left her phone at the cigarette counter yesterday, Balry kept it for her and my mom got it back from her the following morning. A display of such honesty and kindness is very rare, I really appreciate it so much. Thank you Balry for the amazing service you are one of kind. God bless you Siphiwe
I took out a bridging personal loan with Alt Bridge Capital in December. In hindsight it was a terrible decision. The loan has since been paid but my cheque account has been debited weekly for a loan I no longer have with them. They even debited before the actual payment was due. I have now incurred bank charges for R1500 with ABSA due to the reversed payments. I cannot cancel the Debi checks as Alt Bridge have to initiate the cancelation on their end. I've already taken it up with them and only received a refund of R300, and was told the Debi checks were cancelled. This was all false information as I was debited yet again today. Please be informed when taking a loan with these people and the impact it will have on your finances.
I am highly disappointed at the service received from Marlin Credit Solutions. I took a loan with them. They deducted double what was due and continue to debit my account. I am now incurring bank charges for each debit order reversal. This was not what I agreed. Be warned and be careful not to accept their numerous Debi check requests.
I took a loan with a company called cash balance. Not realizing they were actually fraudsters. They deducted two installments on my absa cheque account when only one debit was authorised. I accepted the Debi check mandate that gave them authority to debit my account. However they sent a 2nd one with a different reference number. I cannot stop this debit order on the absa app from going off again because they put a DC tracker on it. ABSA cannot reverse the unauthorized debit that went off or stop it on my behalf. Becareful of the lender you take any loans with and take note of the tracking indicator because you will not be able to suspend or reverse unauthorized debit orders.
I took out a loan with Cash balance in November. They double debited my account in the 30th November. When I queried it I sent the bank statement as proof and was told to wait 72hours. I've waited more than that and still no refund. When I call they tell lies about calling back. How difficult can a refund be. The service is really poor and I regret taking up a loan with them.
