Dont even start. Had to stay in my old house a month due to the fact that the agent did not make sure that the tenant move out. Luckily my attorney stopped process before registration. Had to live between boxes like a squatter. Then the manager phones me and tell me how good the agent is and was not prepared to listen to my complaint. I threw the phone down in his ear. Not even the ceo came back to me. Disgusting service to say the least

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I have taken my samsung S5 into the canalwalk repar centre +- 5 or 6 times the past two weeks. I have met with two of the floor managers and have spoken to Patric the store manager.<br> <br> The screen was replaced last year and i could see the phone lifted slightly on the one side how ever wasnt too sure. Two weeks ago i realised it was as a matter of fact lifting and i took it in. They apparently replaced the screen. I think it was a friday. The sunday i realised it lifted again. I took it in again and then i got a little upset how ever kept my cool.<br> <br> They fixed the screen only to realise now the speaker doesnt work. Now the technition is trying to tell me because i use a screen gaurd is press against the speaker. What utter nonnsense. The phoned worked with a screen gaurd that was fitted in a vodacom store for a year.<br> <br> I went to have it repaired again tonight. I tested it and it was working in the store. Low and behold i get home decided to phone 111 for this email address and the consultant couldnt hear me again. So after being polite, being rude, swearing and now totally fed up at all the additional cost and time i have to put in to get this handpiece fixed im
