I paid them in June I have not recieved money nor have they paid my creditors I call they never respond I think these guys are scam I am planning to open a case of fraud
Still waiting for a refund from 30th September 2020 always told stories about how they deposited into the wrong account and how they will process the refund its the 12th of November 2020 still have not received my money I don't know what I have to do to get my money back....Must I claim from small claims court, must I open a case of theft against Directaxis what must one do to get his money ?
I requested a refund for credit life policy from Directaixs as I had a credit life policy already already I requested it on August, I am promised that the money will be paid in 24 to 48 hours it never happens. So what do you call someone who does not keep their promise a list.... I am disgusted
I requested DirectAxis to cancel my policy on the 30th of October 2018, they did not even though I had given them all the required documentation. Since then I have been paying two policies and have again asked them to cancel and to please credit my loan for the two years they billed for a duplicate policy, they still have not done that please assist in getting them to honor the principle that a person cannot be insured for two policies at the same time
In the offer to purchase we agreed to take occupational rent until registration of the Bond. When the bank approved the bond we discovered the Seller had put a tenant in to rent the property even though the Offer to purchase stated that we would stay in the property until transfer. After this discovery the Realtor (21st Century Property Linksfield) assured us that we would be able to move in on the 15th December 2015 as they had sent a letter of eviction to the tenant. I then requested to speak to the branch manager and the office manager offered to resolve the issue by the 17th December 2015. On the 17th December I called the office and I was promised I could move in by the 28th December 2015. I called on the 24th of December 2015 to arrange the move to the property I was then given the date of the 30th December 2015. My lease expires on the 31 of December where I currently am staying I have no place to go after the 1st of January 2016.
I received a notification from tracker and called the call center and asked them to ensure that they don't debit my account in March as I have no standing contract with them. Tracker promised to look into it and ensure that my account dose not get debited. My account got debited and there were no funds so my bank charged me a dishounered debit fee for an account I did not have. Secondly Tracker have sent another notification to debit my account even though I do not have an account with them.
