I'm utterly discussed with the poor service. No warning whatsoever was given before vodacom took the liberty to disconnect my line once again. <br> 4 times I've phoned the Credit rehab unit and the machines makes promises that vodacom will phone back, but not even once they phoned. <br> I phoned another 3 times speaking to different consultants (very friendly) but not even these interactions provided me with satisfaction. This happened over the past 3 days.<br> I made 3 payments due to the fact I didn't know what I had to pay because the invoice vodacom emailed me wasn't readable on my phone nor pc. No text message was sent to tell me what to pay. The bank also mailed the last payment that wasn't reflecting on my account to [Email Removed]<br> (R800)<br>
They repaired my phone screen for R1550.<br> Four days after collection no working screen. <br> Now the agent tells me no guarantee on screens. CAN you believe that. Whilst I'm trying to speak to this person he just keeps on playing his cellphone game (pool).<br> <br> I'm also of the opinion they gave me somebody else's phone (no Im nr available on phone).<br>
Have requested the move of my line in February already. Nothing happened as to date. <br> <br> Please do as you said you'll do. A very kind lady from Cape Town handled my complain, but it seems she weren't successful.<br> <br> Waiting for your urgent response. I've been a client of Telkom for more than 15 years
