Very happy with the service and the product I received. Had 2 uPVC sliding doors installed, both double glazed. 1 was a replacement frame in a pretty standard size, but Elitech did me a huge favour making it to ensure I could reuse the old glass. The other was a big (5m+) 6 panel slider. They kept to their timelines and communication was excellent throughout the process. Would happily recommend them.
If I could give zero stars I would. Courier services are all about trust, and it's impossible to earn or keep a client's trust when you have absolutely zero communication with them. I've been waiting for a package that's supposedly been out for deliver every date for the last 3 days. I have tried several times and several methods to contact them: phone (they never answer), email (no answer), web contact form (no answer), and finally Whatsapp (you get an answer, but about an hour later). Turns out, they had the wrong address. But, I was told the driver had my contact details and would call when at the address and that never happened. So instead of doing that and fixing the issue on day 1, they just left it and kept trying for 3 days to deliver to the wrong place. How can a company operate like this and stay in business?? Look at the other courier companies out there, you get email or SMS notification of deliver status, notification when your delivery is on its way, notification of delivery problems, some even give you driver tracking, expected delivery times and a notification to be ready when the driver is 5 minutes from the delivery address. Skynet does none of those things. At this rate, as far as I'm concerned, they don't even deliver...
Ordered an item in December 2020 which they did not deliver. I chased them for 7 months before they finally admitted they wouldn't be able to deliver it. Paid for it partly in cash and partly with a voucher (I got the voucher as a refund from a previous order where they also could not deliver the product and didn't refund me in cash). Been trying to get a refund out of them since June - they refunded the cash portion but refuse to honour the voucher and either refund that or issue a new voucher. Every time I call or email, I have to talk to a new junior staff member because they seem to churn staff and they flat out refuse to put me in contact with a manager or anyone with authority to resolve the issue, despite numerous requests. Do yourself a favour, avoid this company as they are dishonest and the chances of losing money are high.
From the outset, the experience with Hype has been fantastic. My first mail to them asking a question about stock availability got a quick response, and although the item was out of stock they promised to let me know when the product was back in stock. To my surprise, I really did get a mail a couple of weeks later when the product came back in stock - not many places will keep a promise like that. The order went smoothly and delivery was fast as promised. I couldn't be happier and look forward to dealing with Hype again.
I placed an order and selected Collection as the deliver method. The order was accepted and processed. Now the order is ready for collection, but they tell me I can't collect because they are not allowing any collections due to Covid-19. I have to either arrange my own courier to go collect (why not just let me collect??) or I have to let them quote me for shipping, when I live 5minutes away. I specifically selected the Collection option because that's what I wanted, and that condition of the sale was accepted by TechnoPro. It is dishonest to accept an order for Collection knowing that collection is not a valid option. I asked why they accepted the order and they have stopped responding to my mails. There is no answer on their phone. Online retailers rely on trust. Good prices only go so far, they mean nothing if you don't receive your order or you don't know what condition you'll receive it in. Clearly, this business cannot be trusted.
