After sales service absolutely terrible.
When asking questions about buying my 3D printer I got quick and immediate responses. Now that I have an issue with the printer that's 4 months old I'm not receiving feedback. After sales service is terrible.

I ordered a Cricut machine from HYPE DIRECT. It was the first time I ordered anuthing from them or even here about them. The only reason I went along was because it was much cheaper that the other online stores. I placed my order Friday afternoon (Im in the Eastern Cape) I recievd my order promptly on Monday morning. Very efficient and reliable. Id order again and again. Great service

I ordered a Cricut machine from HYPE DIRECT. It was the first time I ordered anuthing from them or even here about them. Fantastic experience
From the outset, the experience with Hype has been fantastic. My first mail to them asking a question about stock availability got a quick response, and although the item was out of stock they promised to let me know when the product was back in stock. To my surprise, I really did get a mail a couple of weeks later when the product came back in stock - not many places will keep a promise like that. The order went smoothly and delivery was fast as promised. I couldn't be happier and look forward to dealing with Hype again.

Awesome New Online Tech Company!
Skeptical at first - buying from a new tech company, but wow! I Literally think they ship as soon as you click Check out. Order placed Saturday and delivered late Monday afternoon! Products are cheaper than competitors, great website. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended!

Wow...!!! Great Service
Wow....!!!!!, what a great service, ordered UniFi Dream Machine, 9:45am yesterday morning and the device was delivered by 16:30 same day. I wasn't expecting the delivery to be that quick. It was the second time ordering form Hype, they never disappoint, wish they could expand on the product offerings.

I'm always hesitant and nervous when dealing with a new online retailer. I chatted with them on Facebook messenger first to make sure the stock was in stock and to make sure there is actually someone behind this website. I ended up ordering a quite large order and crossed my fingers. I was so unbelievably impressed with the service and delivery after that. I was constantly updated on the shipping process and the good arrived just two days later (shipped from CPT to PTA). The items where neatly shipped and everything arrived safely and neatly. I couldn't recommend Hype enough. From customer service, to Shipping service to quality of standard and product. Phenomenal! If you're hesitant to try them, like I was, just order away. The good will come, the pricing is great and the service is too! Go for it!

Fast delivery, great service and an extremely satisfied customer
I bought a very expensive piece of gear from Hype and it was delivered extremely quickly. Absolutely love this company, and their customer service is also great. Really helpful, and quick to respond. Definitely buy networking gear from these guys! Prices much lower than their competitors. You won’t regret it.
