Had a really pleasant experience with Nicolas from Infinite Auto. We traded in a car and the whole process was handled professionally and swiftly. I have been driving the car we purchased for almost two months now and am still very happy with it.
I'm always hesitant and nervous when dealing with a new online retailer. I chatted with them on Facebook messenger first to make sure the stock was in stock and to make sure there is actually someone behind this website. I ended up ordering a quite large order and crossed my fingers. I was so unbelievably impressed with the service and delivery after that. I was constantly updated on the shipping process and the good arrived just two days later (shipped from CPT to PTA). The items where neatly shipped and everything arrived safely and neatly. I couldn't recommend Hype enough. From customer service, to Shipping service to quality of standard and product. Phenomenal! If you're hesitant to try them, like I was, just order away. The good will come, the pricing is great and the service is too! Go for it!
Been on hold for so long now, I can write this review while waiting for someone to answer my call... I opened a contract with Vodacom Menlyn Walk In Customer Care Menlyn, Shop LF45, Menlyn Park Shopping Centre on the 7th of October. The phone wasn’t in stock, so I was told that when it arrives, someone would notify me. 2 and a half weeks later, nothing.... so I phone the store.. no one has a clue... phone back a bit later, speak to someone else, still can’t find anything on the system... End up driving there... Provide them with my ID number (as I did over the phone) and they finally find me. “Oh, we can’t help you. The sales agent that You did the application with is the only one who can help you”. This person wasn’t in. So leave (for the second time) my details for her to call me back. I express my frustration and the guy I’m dealing with asks me some info on the contract. He assured me the phone is coming in later that day and that i would receive a call later to let me know that I can come and collect. No one calls. I am now on hold for 28mins and counting and there is no one that can help me. Let me add for some info, that on the 7th, when I opened my contract, it was immediately approved... I’m literally offering Vodacom a guaranteed R1,400 a month for the next 24 months and no one wants it. What a joke.
The constant harassing phone calls drive me up the wall! Remove from any system you could ever have me on. Disgusting attitude to be so harassing towards someone in hope of getting money from them?! Doesn't work.
I'm quite a frequent long distance traveler and spend quite a bit of time on Planes.<br> I occasionally fly with other airlines, but SAA still remains the my favorite.<br> <br> I flew with them to Europe and back over the Christmas period and had a super flight. Friendly staff from check-in to on flight staff. But in particular, my flight SA235 on Wednesday night was unbelievable. The staff was unreal, the food was fantastic and the pilot did an unreal job.<br> <br> Well done to the whole team involved in making that flight so great. Absolute pleasure!
I am currently staying at Florida Park hotel in Durban and there is no WIFI! They advertise free wifi, but it takes about 30mins to connect to one using a different password than advertised and once connected the speed is so slow that it times out. If you plan to stay here, make sure no internet is something you can live with... Totally useless.
I have been a client of Nedbank's now for over two years. In those two years I have not once ever had an issue. The call centers answer quickly, they immediately know who I am, they can always put me directly through to the right person and every now and then they give a courtesy call to see how things are going (not to sell me some new product or get me to take a home loan or something).<br> <br> Today was one of those days. just a friendly chat to find out if anything is needed. The lady on the other side of the phone (I don't recall her name) was so well informed and friendly.<br> <br> Thank you Nedbank for the friendly and well educated staff! Two thumbs up!
Staying at the protea hotel in Umhlanga ridge. I stay here often. A room costs just under 2Grand a night... Today my room didn't get cleaned. When I asked the cleaning lady, she said this wasn't her room to clean. Great! <br> The fitted sheet on the bed, is also torn and doesn't fit properly on the bed. And tonight I need to sleep on it again, because no one came to change anything...<br> The wifi is so behind in the times. 500MB a day? Seriously?!? For 2grand a day, you can't even update the apps on your phone. Free wifi is available at just about every hotel these days. Especially the ones that cost over R1000 a night...
I was injured in a skiing accident on the 25th of February, I needed urgent surgery done on my shoulder. I have paid 4 different hospital fees for x-rays, admissions, operations, overnight stays etc... I have also paid for months of Physiotherapy. My total claim cost is well into R60,000.00. I have sent all claims through months ago and not one person has bothered to contact me to inform me weather or not I will be paid, or even asked for more information... The Hospitals that I owe all this money too are very quickly running out of patience. I have had to start paying them off my credit card so that I don't get into trouble with them...<br> <br> The service from AIG was absolutely appalling and disgusting. This after I even paid in to have the highest insurance they offer.<br> <br> I definitely do not recommend them for any type of travel insurance!!!
