Always send my car to Renault Paarden Eiland. Edries the consultant serves 100% quality work and is very much reliable. This time around, my car went in to complete a service that they couldnt complete last time around. The new consultant Roxanne calls me late on a Thursday afternoon to tell me that they are not able to release my car as it needs a repair which she couldnt tell me how long it would take. Leaving me carless late on a Thursday afternoon without a care in the world from Renault around my daily commitments, let alone how I would be getting home. Ive already called insurance who advised that this claim didnt form part of the insurance space as my car was still under warranty and any inconvenience needs to come from Renault itself. After me calling them all day (they hardly answer their calls), they advised that I would be able to collect a courtesy car on Monday. Come Monday, the new consultant showed no urgency to get this sorted. Eid a few days away and im left carless. No care. Promised that I could collect the courtesy car on Monday afternoon only to be told not Monday afternoon, rather Tuesday morning. Again no care about my current commitments, how I should get around to do my daily drops offs and getting to work. Its now 3pm and still waiting a call from their manager.
Was lucky to get through to Sheldon again. Always enjoy his mannerisms when it comes to the interaction. Others that I've engaged with are helpful but Sheldon adds an extra dash of friendliness. 10star award!

Is there an option for 0 star rating!!! Besides me calling into the call center everyday for a week, sometimes even twice... im forever told that my query has been escalated. Nobody can give me feedback. I keep getting the same story. Ive even mailed the consultant myself, no response. Cherry on top today, called into the call center once again. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes. Not a word from the call center agent. Eventually she dropped the call. Called in again to speak to someone else, guess what... on hold for another 25 minutes. Ive mailed complaint, Ive sent feedback on their website... NOTHING. DONT EVER CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
